Phone Shop Tri-Cities — Local services in Richland

I came here to pick up a wish order this morning at 10am, since their business hours clearly list that they open at 9am, but the door was locked. So I called and was answered promptly, I then asked what time they opened and was told that they dont open until 11am unless you schedule an appt. I then proceeded to recommend to her that they should update their listed business hours on google to reflect that, to which I was told that "they are not affiliated with wish, and that their customers know that they don't open until 11am unless by appt, and also she added that theyre going to be ending the wish order pickup program because of issues such as this, since it is mearly a courtesy"... But heres the thing, I checked their store hours on Google prior to driving clear across town, and whether I was picking up an item from wish, or I was actually there in regards to phone repairs, Im still a customer, and I didnt know you weren't open at 11 BECAUSE ITS LISTED AT 9AM! Whether this pickup location is a "courtesy" as you say or not, 1-not everything you order gives you multiple options for pickup locations! And 2- you seem to forget that you signed your business up as a pickup location to increase your business visibility, to which it does benefit because I personally had never even heard of your shop until then, and had also actually brought my phone with me to see about getting it repaired! But instead you decided to be rude & unprofessional & hang up on me for mearly making a reasonable suggestion! What's even funnier is, just in the last 10 min that I've sat here outside your shop since you hung up on me, you've had 3 other customers pull in & attempt to open your door thinking you were open! AND YES THEY WERE ALL THERE FOR THEIR PHONES, NOT WISH! SO CLEARLY "YOUR CUSTOMERS" AS YOU PUT IT, DONT ALL KNOW THAT YOUR NOT ACTUALLY OPEN TIL 11! Dont worry though, I made sure and let them all know for you why you arent actually open til 11 not 9, and just exactly how you like to handle it! Maybe you should've actually just have taken the advice & simply update your hours, and possibly even post them on your door, since that clearly wasn't done either, and then it wouldn't have come to this! Looks like you've definitely lost more than one customer this morning now,...

First things first I'm going to be very honest in this review, I payed103.17 for my Moto g7 play screen to replaced. I was lied to when I told them I only needed the glass on top replaced was told you couldn't order just the glass, it's 8.95 (+shipping and tax). The replacement part took over a week to be delivered (I was told it was gonna be 3 days). They didn't bother to remove all of the glass from the old screen, there was still a shard left. And attempted to re-set the new phone screen on said glass shard, when pressure was applied then removed broke the screen in their care. Further inspection of my phone revealed they left manufacturer sealant/adhesive on my phone and didn't bother to remove it to get a good quality seal. Not even my screen was properly aligned, so the glass covering the camera wasn't centered. Overall they did a very poor job for the money they were asking for. I would highly recommend you go to another phone repair shop. And I picked this store because it was highly reviewed and had good reviews. also their store times...

definitely my #1 "go to" for phone repairs!! ive had my share of great experiences, and ive also had my horrible ones, and not one of them could add up to my experience with tri-cities phone shop!! They made me feel like my device was safe and not going to gain anymore damage. The price was what scared me! i was thinking with how expensive phones are (mine being a samsung s6), i figure getting the back screen was gonna cost an arm and a leg, but nope! just the fabric from my pocket. lol, and i wouldnt forget to mention how they not only made me happy, they made my little boy happy when the kind lady spoke with him about the movie frozen! then gave him what he calls "his heart". haha it was all in all a very friendly environment, and the fact that there are no hidden fees, they text or call and not interupt your day while fixing your phone, and are very nice just makes it that much more of a better community. we need people like this running businesses in order to maintain positivity in...
