Clean neighborhood park with a couple of picnic tables, a basketball court, a playground and plenty of open grassy area. About the size of a city block so no need to go out of your way but a nice place close to Costco where you could take your food...

Nice clean park with picnic benches, bbq and shade trees.

Grass is green and well kept. Has a full court basketball court and hills to roll down.

Recommend for kids...

It's a nice place to live from the looks of it. The only thing that would turn me off is the traffic. Its a pain to get in and out...
