I visited this location while traveling. The person who took our order for two blizzards was friendly and polite.

When we received our order, the girl flipped the cups and everything looked great. As I started to eat, I noticed that the toppings (in both) were blended into oblivion. The ice cream was a nearly uniform grey (Oreo topping) and thick. I’ve always understood that blizzards were supposed to be a little chunkier.

When I asked for them to be remade, the girl (who brought them to us), held her index finger up, turned around and went to someone I think was a manager. The manager came up to the counter, flipped them again, and asked me what the problem was. I explained the same thing to her and she turned without saying anything, threw them in the garbage and had them remade.

When I received the remade product, that was still ground into nothingness, they were thrust at me without a word and the girl just left.

Very, very poor service and quality. Quite the training opportunity for all...

I ordered a special ice cream cake online. When I visited the store on the pickup date, the staff told me that they had no record of my order, possibly due to a system issue. Even after I showed them my confirmation email, they couldn't find anything in their system. They apologized, and I asked them to prepare the cake so I could pick it up the next day. When I returned to pick up the new order, they told me that since it was their mistake, they would not charge me for the cake. I was very disappointed on the first day, but I was impressed with their service when I returned. While I regretted the time and gas I had wasted, I was satisfied with their compensation. I would like to commend the manager at DQ for their excellent service. However, I hope they review their online system to ensure that reservations are properly processed...

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. I got chicken strips, fries with toast and gravy and everything was fresh and delicious. Not just one thing but even the toast was buttered right. I asked for fresh hot food and they delivered. If they keep serving good food I'll return. The other DQ on queensgate was like eating garbage. IT was stale, cold dry chicken too. I asked for fresh and even when I came in to get it redone they still gave me stale dry greasy old stale fries and chicken and barely gave me any fries. Gravy was cold. The worst. That was queensgate. The DQ on gage bvrd was the best. Everything was hot and fresh and the chicken was meaty and tender. They gave me tons of fries. All hot and fresh gravy too. I'll have to come all the way out there to get decent dq food bc the one on queensgate...
