I've been here a few times and each time it's the same basic experience. Long wait times, multiple selections that are empty and small portions. Tonight was no exception. When we walked in there was very little acknowledgement and we were standing at the counter for quite some time before anyone offered to help me or the people in front of us. It seems that the entire crew was focused on serving the drive-thru and not the customers at the counter. When I am the customer in front of me both got our orders and paid extra for some of the entrees we got very small portions compared to what I'm used to it other Panda Express locations. The guy in front of me noted it also and complained about it because the lady who was dishing it up only scooped up a partial Ladle put it in and closed it up quickly and shut down the counter. The same happened with me stack full of rice and small entree portions even though I got three including the teriyaki chicken which normally includes two pieces of chicken she only gave me one. Very disappointed at the quality of service at this location. I won't be returning.

So, I always order a bowl with fried rice, orange chicken, and a side of ragoons, has always come out to $10.65 & when asked if I want to "round up" for charity to $11. I normally have done this, but started noticing my gift cards had less money on them than if they were only charged $11. I could never figure out why until this reciept. I was asked if I would like to "Round up" again and the server charged me $10 for charity so my $11 expected paying price was jacked up to $20.65. I have since complain to corperate, and demanded a response. I am still even waiting to get a call or email for the manager to explain this kind of "rounding up". It frustrates me as, when one has high-functioning autism, but understand rounding up to nearest dollar and not adding $1, $2, or $10 to the purchase. If you ever pay with a card here, never leave without checking your recipet as they will swindle you out of extra money and lie out their teeth what they are doing.

October 1st, 2022 7:30p Saturday night. No cars in parking lot. No one in drive-thru. I decide to pick up dinner here at Panda Express on Dupertail in Richland, WA. What a mistake! Blackened teriyaki chicken and mushy noodles. I brought it back and the staff knew "all day" the chicken was this badly burnt employee told me. She'd recommended I try another entree. So I choose bejing beef. Brought that home. Opened that bowl and they only gave me 3 pieces? Not a full scoop. And those mushy noodles. Now I see why the place was empty on what should've been Prime Time dinner hour. Avoid this Panda Express. I'll head to Pasco next time for Panda food.

I really wish I could give zero stars . In November I went in to pick up food as I had placed an order online and I went through the drive thru , no problems I got my order through the window great ! Food was ok my kids were happy and I was happy ! And I normally cook food at home so this was a one off . A month later im really not wanting to cook food and Panda Express just sounds better than anything else . So I place an order through the app/online and I drive in through the drive thru , there’s no cars in front of me and no cars in the back . I come to the window and let the person speaking through the speaker that I placed an online order and I wanted to pick up. And that person cut me off pretty quickly and said you have to come inside to pick up . So I told them I didn’t have to do that last time . So they asked “ was it at night ? Because that might’ve been the reason why .” I said well I’m not leaving until I pick my food up at the window . I stood my ground and told them I wasn’t going to leave ( again no cars behind me ) so I left with my food. They made me wait for about 10 mins, and mind you I had placed the order 20 mins before I went in to pick up my food . The grief they cause someone just so they don’t have to give out the food through the window warrants a bad review .

Panda Express : you should update your online pick up policy it’s not posted anywhere . Get with the times , everyone else does it this way . And It is very inconvenient to people that have children or families and came back from a long day at work to still have to get off and go inside to wait for an order that should’ve been ready to get picked up via drive thru.

Definitely not...

This Panda used to be my go to, but the last few months have just led to one horrible experience after another. I get that their job is high tasking and stressful, but they also get paid enough to make up for that work. So, the down attitudes (even at open, in the morning, wow...) aren't appreciated.

Beyond that, the food will have a 50/50 chance at being edible and good, warm... and I'd say like a 70/30 chance they get your order right. I've gotten completely wrong plates that I didn't pay for, and also they SUCK AT PORTIONING here. 50/50 super green and chow mein comes out to 80/20 chow mein. I want my greens dudes!

Inside dining is always stupid loud, you can't even focus. Beyond that, there is ALWAYS SOME food item unavailable, OR I have to wait anywhere from 5-7 min in the parking lot. They've actually done this to me and then completely forgot about my food so I sat in my car for like 15 minutes.

Today I came in and after they opened, 10:07 am they didn’t have any honey walnut, no sizzling shrimp, no super greens and a few other items missing. So my question, what are they doing BEFORE they open? Messing around? Because, food should be ready at open. You don’t come to Starbucks and hear, “Oh we actually haven’t made the mocha for your drink so you’ll have to wait 5-7 minutes for that!” Ridiculous. Respect peoples time! 30 minutes after they opened they finally had food available. So I had to sit around for that whole time.

Not worth the trouble anymore. Cook some of this delish food at your house (it's pretty easy and wayyy healthier) until they stop acting less then...

Absolutely disgusted with this panda express. Every time My hub and I come here the food is sub par and that's being generous..... Today we decided to give it one last try and the customer service sucked..... Tried talking to the lady several times and she just ignored me talking to my husband.... pretended like I didn't even freaking exist..... So i went and sat down to wait for him to order our food.....since u know....she wouldn't fricken listen to me anywaz..... We go to eat our meal..... The chow mein is clearly old and rubbery..... The sweet fire chicken also tasted old with no spice to it... The Orange chicken didn't even taste like orange chicken..... The last entre....the beef and broccoli was very dry and.... The beef was very dry and The broccoli was so hard it was almost impossible to chew.... And to top it off the Pepsi was out of order and the root beer and dr pepper sprayed out all over the place got us all sticky. We go to panda express 1 time a month.... This one is the closest one to our house and we have been a total of 4 times and every time the food is old tasting. Very disappointed and disgusted. Tried to give it a chance..... Tonight was the last straw. Will never go back and warn all to stay away or u will be wasting your...
