The Tacobell on Queensgate in Richland will NOT be a place my family and I visit again!!!!! Tonight we went through the drive through at around 9 pm, there were no cars behind us. Not even one. Yet the employee continually badgered about every 30 seconds asking to take our order. My wife is quite indecisive, and they have removed ALL of her favorite items over the past few months- we were also trying to think about what our 2 year old son might enjoy as it was his first time eating Taco Bell, not to mention we were trying to stick within a budget. I continually apologized for the length of time we were taking, and explained it may take us a bit. And that we would let them know when we were ready. When we got to the window for our food every person we encountered was extremely gruff, rude, and just overall showing a bad attitude. My wife wanted me to just drive away and go somewhere else, but they'd already made the food so I'd decided to give them a chance. After being met with many eye rolls, sighs, and questions completely ignored while paying and being handed our food- my wife found this behavior unacceptable and asked to speak with a manager and explained we were sorry for taking a long time. And that we understand they have a timer for their employees. But that we felt the terrible demeanor towards us was uncalled for. The manager had an attitude that was just as distasteful. To top it off. When we got home we discovered NO SAUCE and 3 items incorrect or missing all together. Needless to say the next time we have a craving for Tacobell we will NOT be visiting...
Read moreAn item was missing in my order. I hadn't even left the parking lot yet so I went inside to ask for it. The kid working the driver thru did not give me my receipt nor ask me if I wanted it. So I said hey I don't even know if you even rung it up because I wasn't given a receipt, but if I was rung up for it, it was not in my bag. This boy legitimately grabbed the item (Fiesta potatoes bowl) and informs me that that's what the container looks like, so am I sure it's not in the bag. I know what the item looks like or I wouldn't of know to ask for the ingredients I didn't like on it. So I told him yes I know what it looks like and it's not in my bag. Some girl gets off the food line to inform me she put the bowl in my bag on top. I told her no, it was not there. She continues to argue with me about it. They then finally make the item I was missing and gave me the smallest portion of food I've ever received. If I ever do go to location again I'll be sure to go inside so I can empty my bag on the counter so if this happens again they can see that clearly they did not put my...
Read moreHorrible customer experience. They messed up our order through the drive thru and when I went inside to get my order fixed, they told me that the lobby was closed (even though they are open for take out...) I told them that they messed up my order and she told me that I had to go through the drive thru so they could help me. She then followed me to the door and locked it after I left. As I looked out to the drive thru, there was a massive line and I had to wait forever for them to help me. They finally got it right. When I got home to eat, my food was soggy due to us waiting so long and a burrito that I ordered was mostly tortilla... there was like little to no meat in my Crunchwrap (see picture). There were huge chunks of lettuce hearts that were not appetizing. It’s fast food, so what more can I expect, but these workers with no sense of customer service are getting paid $13.50 an hour!! If I was the employer, I’d be a bit more selective on who I hired, or maybe have a better training system for their employees. Guess they lost a customer at least...
