Two Bit's & A Bite — Restaurant in Richland

Went in last night to play pool and have dinner as we do fairly often. We ordered right away at the bar before even setting our stuff down at the pool table. Hubby drinks old fashioned and she didn't even put sugar in it. I hadn't had more than a cursory sip of my drink, took first bite of my BLT and got teeth full of hair. Ran to the ladies to throw up. My hubby had 1 of his chicken strips, but there was no way we stay and finish. We had to leave because my stomach was completely done. While I was in the ladies, hubby told the bartender and cook that there was hair in my sandwich and where I was at. When I finally emerged he motioned to me to find out if I was ok and I was not. We packed up, and went to pay and were charged for everything other than the hair sandwich, for which I started to confront the bartender, but she got a bad attitude. I didn't want to ruin the other patrons night by causing a scene so I paid and left with the intension of coming in to confront the owner or morning manager. Then morning manager, proceeded to tell me that "no matter if you drank your drinks at all, once they are delivered, you must pay for them; even if they're wrong". Flat refused to make it right. We're talking $44 for getting sick at their fault and not drinking or eating or finishing our game. We used to live across the street and have been frequent customers for over 20 years. Sad that I'll have to find somewhere else...

Used to be my absolute favorite bar, until tonight. Julie is awesome, she is so sweet. I absolutely love when she is working. However, Heather is hit and miss. She can be sweet but has a bad attitude. The other bar tender, I didn't get her name. She had ombre hair and was short maybe Hispanic. She was completely unprofessional and rude. Pushed people out of her way, terrible attitude. I have never been treated so poorly by anybody in my life. I still smiled and killed her with kindness, but she wanted to stare me down and whisper to the other bar tender all night. Not sure what her problem was. I felt very uncomfortable and ended up leaving. I was also baffled by the way she complained of a group of people coming in and ordering food etc. Apparently she didn't enjoy the generous tips they all left her regardless of her horrible attitude.. Coming from somebody who has worked customer service my whole life, I would never employ somebody like her. Last but not least, drinking on the job. Super classy. It takes a lot for me to get upset or leave a review, but the complete disrespect I received tonight was beyond belief. Two Bits and A Bite definitely lost some loyal customers tonight. Maybe you should consider who you hire a...

If your looking for an environment where employees don't wash there hands to make food right after working and touching non sanitized counters and not have there hair pulled up to have it land in your food and have incredibly rude bar tender who is apparently the managers son named Virginia who is disrespectful to her employees and sets them up for failure. I feel bad for those that have payed to eat in a very dirty environment where I had to hear the employees be very rude and disrespectful towards each other. My burger was extremely watery and fries were cold when I got it Maddison was the only Bar tender worth going in for with how kind and understanding she was to customers and did a fantastic job on the food but each time I was served the attitude and disrespect was not worth it and when was the last time they had a safety check who knows all I know is I am not coming back here...
