Today i did an online order and went thru the drive thru to pick it up. I guess I must have selected carry out but the guy taking order gave me a yes when I asked if he could pass it thru window. When I got to the window the chunky white lady said you have to come in. You have to fix your own drinks...with an attitude. Ok... so it's just me and they weren't busy. You can't just fill up two cups and pass it thru? What is happening to customer service and friendly staff? I went in and commented to the young girl at the front. Another friendly girl asked if I needed help and assisted me with my food to the car. That girl need to be the manager! Not chunky white lady. Business are beginning to act like customer are an inconvenience...well, if you want to stay in business, good customer service pays off and the other things is YOU APPLIED NOT ME. so maybe that isn't the best job for her. Kudos to the other two girls and they need a raise and the one girl needs a promotion. She had a can do attitude and was ready to help. Service after the sell is what retain...
Read moreMe and my family went last night to try the new burgers. When we got to the window we asked the woman for two honey mustards for our kids meals. She passed us their meals and She said look in the bag and asked us to pull down for the burgers. We looked in the bag and didn’t see it. When she came to give us our burgers we ask for honey mustard. She said ma’am it’s in the bag. I told her we looked and didn’t see it. She raised her voice and said it’s in the bag. Look in your bag. The bag in your lap. Yelling this at me from the side door. I just stared at her I couldn’t believe how rude and hostile the situation was getting over two packets of honey mustard. I just pulled off. My six year old asked me what was that ladies problem. This is just unacceptable. The green haired woman should be pulled to the back and not deal with customers. If simply asking for honey mustard provoked her to yell at me in front of...
Read moreI was quite amazed at how incompetent the staff was in the drive thru. I ordered a baconator combo large and an extra large drink as my spouse was not feeling well and needed a beverage to settle her stomach. She was not hungry. I repeated my order three times and then again when I got to the window. I was given the baconator, not even quite a half order of fries, a diet coke which I certainly didn't order and a large cup of ice. When I asked for a large regular coke and a second large regular coke the three girls in the drive thru looked like I had ordered something bizarre. We were on a trip so I will probably not be back anyway but if I do pass through again, I will not be going to this Wendy's which is sad because I really love Wendy's. The...
