Absolutely ZERO stars if I could!! I never write reviews of places, because most employees are not to blame for poor customer experiences which are really a result of poor management. But THIS place.... So I placed my order online at 7:59 pm. I went to the store at 8:20pm and all I saw was a bag with my name on it behind the counter. The cashier said my order was not ready so I waited. They had no product ready but was still taking orders from walk ins after me. I waited. Then when they finally brought product out, they were serving walk in customers ahead of me while I was still patiently waiting for them to fill my order. This was around 8:40 pm at this point! After this continued, I pointed out to the same cashier that I've been waiting for an order I placed since 7:59pm, and it was now 8:53pm, but they were still serving customers that walked in while I was waiting! Eventually one of her coworkers mentioned my empty order bag on the counter and she said, "Never mind that, he don't want it!" Obviously this person was being spiteful because I reasonably mentioned the good hour I spent just patiently waiting for my order while she served other people who came in after me! She never even filled my order, so how could she claim I didn't want it after waiting for 50 minutes!!!??? That was the last straw for me and this place. I've ordered food from here in the recent past, and the service has always been terrible! There is always an unreasonable wait even when you order ahead, and they never seem to have cash, or product available, or even staff to help the customers. I've been to many Popeyes restaurants in New York and Pennsylvania, and I don't really redirect much because it's just fast food. But this place wins the prize for the worst branch I've ever been to! Read moreThere were several people waiting for their orders when I walked into the restaurant and several tables eating. Good, right? I got to the register and ordered a 16 pc family meal 1/2 regular chicken and 1/2 spicy. Everything is still good. The young man was pleasant and answered my questions. I got my receipt and sat down to wait for my order (which took 30 mins to get). The only employees I ever saw were the young man that took my order and another young man for at least 15-20 minutes into my wait time. All of a sudden (with 3-4 people standing in line) 2 of the 3 menu boards go blank. A customer at the register trying to order asked what happened. A woman (I’m assuming was the manager on duty because of her teal shirt with her embroidered name) was asked by the cashier what happened to the menu. She responded (to the cashier-not the customer) “I don’t know, I just work here!” She then continued to wipe down counters and tables and never interact with a single customer. She chose to avoid her job as a manager and leave her employees to deal with the customers with only chicken fingers being offered on the board that was “operating”. This was only 7:30pm. According to the hours, they close at 10 pm. The chicken I got tasted great, not considering the fact that there were no wings in a 16 piece family meal. They should have mentioned this to me.... Good chicken. Poor customer service from the “manager on duty”. KFC is just down the road and they’re TERRIBLE ALL AROUND! I came to Popeye’s tonight expecting different... Read moreI am a frequent visitor at this particular popeyes location being that it is conveniently located to my home. Everytime, in the last few months we have been, there is always an issue with our order and we never get our biscuits we always have to go back to get them. This particular visit however we ordered chicken tenders and when I looked at them they were the size of a nugget if that. I asked the associate is this a chicken tender and the size it's supposed to be she said yes and I said I want my money back. Meanwhile I noticed she was bringing out fresh ones that were significantly bigger in size than the ones she was trying to sell me.also I ordered a side of mashed potatoes and when I got home I noticed it was mac and cheese instead. I shouldn't have to check my food every single time I order we entrust the associates to do their Jobs and give us the right food etc. I understand mistakes happen however it shouldn't occur every single time I visit and I'm not the only one this is happening to.
