So the front desk staff was very pleasant, and the room was clean and comfortable. But after that, quality is in the name only, and apparently the management staff is apathetic to the conditions and concerns from previous customers. The parking lot has a number of potholes and should be repaired before somebody injures an ankle. I originally chose this hotel because it was very hot that day in Georgia and I saw that they had a pool and I thought that a pool would be very refreshing in the heat. Upon looking at the pool, it was all green and obviously had not been cared for and at least a couple of days. I sat out in the patio area enjoying the evening, there was a nice breeze. I was sitting in the “covered area“ and I noticed the decorative woodwork that has started to break and fall. The rest of this woodwork really should have been removed long ago as it’s ugly and probably a hazard. The windows look like they haven’t been washed in several months, the pathways and walks haven’t been swept in days. The attached restaurant, has a menu posted and a glass covered case outside. The menu is so weathered and faded, it’s pretty much unreadable. If the restaurant management is different from the hotel management, it’s obvious that they don’t care either. Breakfast, if you can call it that, was nothing but a joke. They had a waffle machine, and that was the extent of hot breakfast. No eggs, no breakfast meat, no toast, bagels, jellies, cream cheese. They did have some apples, and that was the extent of the fresh fruit. What topped this craziness, was that their juice machine and their coffee machine were “out of order“. They had no hot water or teabags either. In my opinion, this franchise should be taken away from the management staff as they obviously have no compassion or intent of repairing or correcting these issues because previous of similar comments. There is no excuse for any of this, even though I will probably get some lame, pre-manufactured reply. If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable room only and nothing else, then by all means enjoy your stay. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

I am mixed about my review of this place. The front staff is very friendly and helpful. The property, however, is lacking. It is dirty overall. The rooms are OK but more along a motel 6 level. Our wall actually has a place you can see through where the light shines in. (See pictures). When a train passes, the entire room shakes,it reminds me of those hotels where you put a quarter in the bed, and it vinrates. They do have a long strip of grass out the back that is a pet area. It is not at all what I would consider a dog park area. It's across the parking lot butted up to a weeded area with junk behind it. There are pet bags available, though. The bed is comfortable, and the general room is clean except for the large amount of dog hair stuck on the bathroom door. For the price, it is adequate. The rooms are not soundproof. The swimming pool was not inviting, and the bottom was green. There is a desk and mini fridge with a microwave in the room. They were all working and clean. You get free wifi. So for the price this place is adequate. Bring lysol and scrubbing bubbles and your set to stay.

Horrible. Worst hotel we ever stayed at. Floors were absolutely filthy. They have some sort of laminate flooring and after walking on it our feet were filthy. The only sitting chair was horribly stained to the point it looked like it was carry a disease. Same with the round table and the night stands. The shower curtain rod was falling down. The one night stand was loose and hanging down. Our room was only a couple of hundred yards from I-95 and felt like the trucks were right outside our door. The bathroom vanity was loose from the wall and drooping to one side. I had to wipe up a small water spill and the facecloth I used looked like I wiped a pile of dirt.

I usually will rent a room from this quality. Inn, but this past Saturday, which would have been August 30th\n 2025 was the worst possible state ever. It's a smoking room. They had no asterisk I don't think any of the telephones work in the room to call downstairs. The heater doesn't work. It was kind of chilly because I guess of the storms and the beds are hard is I don't know what the sheets were damp. How can you make a bed with damp sheets? Because you wan to go home early. No, you need to stay and dry sheets. People could catch pneumonia. The towels are list it in this particular Room 229. Looks like it had some type of water. Damage and they did not repair it. I went out there 3 different times to address this issue and nothing was done about it. I wasn't gonna say I'm sorry about that. Didn't reduce my room any at all. I had to go get plastic. I had to go get my OWN. Blanket, I had to go get my own pills in order not to sleep on some damp sheets. When I turn on the water orange came out and I don't know if the guy is the manager. But he said that is something to do with the city because they're digging number one. He also said don't drink the tap water. Well, that should be a notice that's given to the customer. When they Check-in and has big pot holes in the parking lot. That seems to be getting n* every time. You go. They will lock me out of my room when check out is at 11 if I leave to go to my car at 9 o'clock if I leave to go get some breakfast and to come back. I as a disabled person have to walk all the way round to the front office so that they can renew my card. To get access into the room. This is absolutely horri. They need to take a little bit more pride in the quality of the maid service. They will leave othessentials. Doessentials, that's been used by previous people such as the shampoo lotion accelerate, this is not. Acceptable in any kind of way I feel Mike. I should have been compt the room. I didn't get much sleep. I was so tired. They need to clean the laundry room up. And they need to get all the spider webs from around the building. You shouldn't have to come out to room. Then be subject to walking on the spider. Web or maybe getting bit by a spider because. They haven't took the time to go around and get down the spider webs on the outer perimeter of the building. The door has gap in it. Were anything could slither through there? It was such a horrible experience. I don't know if I'll ever go back. I have spent quite a bit of money at this hotel for. Past couple of summers, I expect better as a platinum choice member. Reward, the next type of foolishness never was, I offered for them to haunt me a room that was just like Wolf. Spend more money and it'd be better next time. I...

Let's begin with the exterior which has not been power washed in a very long time, it was filthy. The paint and stucco was peeling off everywhere. The steel stairs to the 2nd floor was rusting and potentially something Code Enforcement if it exists in Richmond Hill, should look at. The alleyways between the front to rear had paint and stucco falling off. Every steel door for the rooms was filthy with old corroded locking mechanisms. The pool looked clean with a group using it but the clerk was surprised when I mentioned it. I was told it was supposed to be closed because the water needed to be tested after the heavy rains. There was no closed sign. Regarding the front desk, I am a Platinum member and I was not offered either drinks and snacks or extra points when checking in which are expected. The next morning when my spouse and I went there for breakfast, the clerk advised there is none because of the hurricane power outages. There was no signage about this and I was not told when checking in. I asked for a non smoking pet free room (I am struggling with lung cancer). The room clearly had smoking occupants and pets previously based on the smell. The beds were worn out. I felt the springs in some areas. One sheet had a burn mark. When entering the bathroom I immediately noted the structure with sharp angles that posed as the closet over hung the end of the sink area and had a sharp angle at about 5'5". I am 5'8" and had to be careful not to hit my head on it. The faucet was old with separate hot and cold handles that were rusting. The bathtub/shower was unusable. The tub had an old paint job that was peeling that could actually cut your foot. The in wall A/C had a fixed vain that forced the cold air to ricochet off the ceiling onto the further of the two beds. The walls were paper thin. The next room had a screaming baby who thankfully finally slept. Two doors away was a barking dog. This is an old run down motel that should not have the Quality brand. I took photos. Unfortunately this app doesn't offer a way to...
