So I am there today during lunch and I witnessed something amazing. Let me start with the service is always amazing at this location and the food quality is always on point. Now, to what I was referring to earlier. So I walk in and immediately notice a tension in the air between the staff. There are evident signs of frustration on the two servers faces as they patiently battle to get their orders to the chef. The chef is new to the task and is trying very hard to keep up with the customers but clearly struggling. There is one helper in the kitchen focused on bread and butter. The chef is new and the two servers are experienced. The stage is set and then magic happens. The two servers jump in to help the cook make the food or go through step by step on how to cook the food. There is a delicate dance happening between customer service, organization skills, and operation at the same time. The two servers demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and patience I have ever seen in 20 years of food service business, even though they took tiny friendly jabs at each other every now and then. If it wasn't for those two, this location would have shut down pretty quick in a span of 20 minutes. The chef maintained a calm and composed head through the whole thing. She followed her orders like a marching band and never raised an eye brow. This was the best leadership I saw when there was total chaos around them. They deserved a standing...

Read more1st table was nasty, and when we asked for a rag to wipe the table the waitress caught an attitude. I didn't mean a little bit of nastiest on the table but a spot about 6X12 with what looked like and felt like a mixture of sugar and jelly. Very sticky. Then we were seated and asked if we needed a before we ordered. We said yes, but could we order our drinks now. This seemed to piss our waitress off again. After she brought the coffee that tasted, smelled, and looked like it had been cooking all day, I asked her for the other menu. I guess I shouldn't have because by then she became the waitress from hell. We ordered our meal and it was cooked and brought to our table reasonably fast. HOWEVER, we both ordered the omelette with cheese and steak. I have ordered this many times and this was a first for me. Instead of being a omelette about as long as the plate it was a whole different demention . It was about 5 to 6 inches long and 3 inches thick. I looked at my friend's plate and it was the same. Then I noticed that they had cooked one giant omelette, then cut it in half. After we ate and tried to pay our bill, we left. Short story, Skip this waffle House in...
