I ordered the Roasted Turkey Ranch and Bacon Market Fresh Sandwich and a Coke Zero. It always tastes good. I just wish the Richmond Arby's restaurants would allow mobile ordering on the app. Every time I try to put the app on my phone, it says they can't do mobile ordering at these locations. UPDATE: May 1, 2022-I was told in early April that one could start using the Arby's app to order from the Richmond restaurants sometime in April. Last week, I found in the Play Store that the app had been updated. I loaded it on again, and you still can't order from the Richmond restaurants on the Arby's app. When can one be able to use the app to order from the Richmond restaurants? UPDATE:. July 12 ,2022- Last night, I came to this location after going to a friend's house. I normally go to the Eastside location, but this one was closer to my friend's house. I did a mobile order with a Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich, Medium Crinkle Fries, and a Coke Zero. I picked up my order, and when I got home, I discovered I got my drink, but instead I got a Buffalo Chicken Slider and a Large Curly Fries. I didn't have time to go back and get it done right, so I ate it. I emailed them, but no response and had no time to call them. I am letting them know here, because I know managers read Google Maps. I don't know what was wrong with the people at the west side last night, but the manager should reach out to me. Next time, I am going to the east side. UPDATE:. The cashier nearly trampled my son as she was trying to rush out the door while putting on her jacket just so she could get a cigarette she did say sorry but as she realized she has to do her job she rudely asked me. I went inside, thinking it would be quicker. I ordered two chicken sandwiches. They told me they were out of chicken; the wait was 20 mins for them to fix it. I waited, no problem. I finally get my meal, drive home, go to eat my sandwich and all it was: a bun, mayo, stale letucce.... absolutley NO chicken. I mean it. They forgot the chicken. I waited 20 mins for them to make chicken, and the disgusting employees forgot to put chicken between the buns. When I go there demanding a refund, I had to wait 10 mins. No one said sorry or had any excuse. Just bickering behind close doors. I did get my refund. I called the # on the back to leave a review; they did call back; whoever made the call said "it happens sometimes." I'm at a loss for words. The place was gross.
