Went through there drive thur. Drove all the way home to find a sandwich was missing. Called the store and spoke to Jarrod who apologized for the mistake. Told me he would replace the sandwich and refund my $. So made another trip to town to find they couldn't do a refund with out my debit card. I said instead of the $ just replace my order. Ha gave me a expired card and told me to bring that back and they would replace my order. So I called the next day and spoke to a manager that wasn't Jarrod. Ask if we could come in and get our order replaced with the card. Was told (no problem) so put the family in the truck and away we went. Got to the store( that only had 2 customers) and spoke to the manager from the phone calls and was told the card was only to replace the sandwich. Tried explain the events from the day before. He want to the back and called Jarrod came back and said that Jarrod only said he would replace the sandwich. Which made me look like I was being dishonest. Told the I would call the manager on the expired card and talk to him. A employee said he would get (marks) number off the back wall. When he came back the assistant manager stopped him in the drive thru and told him to not give me marks number or cooperate number.so after 6 trip to town and back I was not given what was told to me. I plan on calling cooperate in the morning and telling them how dishonest that store is. I remember back when the customer was always right. **UPDATE!!!!! as of June 2024 I've worked for this restaurant and I've seen things that have caused me to stop eating at Arby's. Under cooked roast beef, over cooked roast beef. The freezer being left off long enough to thaw out the continents in the freezer then re-freeze it again. The new turkey being put in hot water to quick thaw it then leave it out at room temperature and hours later portion it out and put it back in the cooler. This restaurant was forced closed by the Madison county health department on Thursday December 5th. For the few of you that actually read restaurant reviews NEVER NEVER!!!! eat at this restaurant! It is closed for remodel until February. It may be a new store but the same management and employees will be preparing your food. I will stay in contact with the Madison county health department after they reopen so they will be closed AGAIN when they return to unsafe food preparation practices. REMEMBER DO NOT EAT...
Read moreCan't share a review on food because I was asking for a refund before the food was made. Wish I had never tried to get through the smell of human waste coming from the women's restroom throughout the restaurant because the assistant manager Johnny felt it wasn't a priority. I truly needed a place to go to the restroom and eat with my son. The first request about the bathroom was ignored by a team member and when Johnny said they needed to take care of all the orders first before he could address the bathroom I was upset with his ability to take charge and have his crew handle the front while addressing the bathroom situation that was apparent to be a problem for more than a few minutes. After reading the reviews here I should've never given it a chance. I believe in customer satisfaction. I believe in treating the working person with kindness and respect, but once that leaves the ability of the manager behind the counter, I'm not the best at holding back. When the assistant manager couldn't figure out how to give me a refund and was asking his crew members I could tell the situation was just more than he cared to handle either way. I wadded up my receipt and threw it back and kindly said, keep the money I gotta go somewhere else. I couldn't stand his inability to care about any of it and the smell of poop on top of everything was just gross 🤢🤢🤢🤢 there was no way after realizing the filth I was surrounded by was I ever going to be able to eat the food. I plan on calling Wes/Willis, the manager tomorrow as I was challenged with the comment, "Looking forward to that call tomorrow." From good ol Johnny who thought he had done absolutely nothing wrong and everything right. Hardee's was wonderful to us just right...
Read moreUpon arriving at Arby's, I noticed that there was a line backed up almost to the entrance, as I pulled onto the parking lot. At first I almost left and went somewhere else but I decided to see how fast the line was moving before I gave up on the only place that has my favorite condiment. As I pulled up in line and got behind the car in front of me, I started looking around for some thing to frown upon. The parking lot was clean, Windows on the building were almost invisible and shining like new, no trash cans over flowing, the landscape looked like it was recently attended to, lines in the parking lot were visible, dumpster area clean and oder free. Not one thing that I could knit pick about. While I was looking for something to critique about, I failed to realize that I was about to be at the speaker and should have knew what I wanted to order. The order was simple, the 2 for $6 deal on the beef and cheddar with a drink. The order was taken correctly and the person taking the order spoke clearly and was very polite. The drive thru line was moving very fast today. Way faster then usual. Not entirely sure why but the speed improvement was noticed and appreciated. I barely had enough time to count out my money and have it ready for when I got to the window to pay. Once I got to the window to pay I had the exact total and required nothing else but my order, extra napkins and Arby's sauce. The order was made correctly, and it was very hot. Everything was in the bag and left me thinking, "wow, what exactly happened to this place, and how does one find out." This was literally, the best experience I have EVER had in the drive thru at any Arby's. Saying I was impressed would be an...
