I had a very poor experience at Bingo Beer Co for their NYE party.
First off, they were dishonest about when people who didn't pre purchase a ticket would get in. One worker that we called told us 9 PM, another told us 10 PM. Either way, they did not start admitting people until after 10:30. We stood in line for an hour and a half while the inside was basically empty (we could have been purchasing drinks during this time??). The line then moved VERY slowly...we were honestly worried we wouldn't get in in time for the ball drop.
Then, it took another 20 minutes to get a drink. Poor organization and not enough staff. We were standing at the front of the bar for what felt like forever, while the bartender just chose whomever to serve next, with no regard to who got there first (not the bartenders' fault though, just poor organization by management). There are other ways to efficiently serve 100s of people - set up a separate temporary bar serving cans only or something of the sort.
Bathroom lines took 30 minutes. Seriously.
Lastly - the champagne. They had mini bottles of complimentary champagne for the party. Towards the end of the night, they had tons of extra bottles. The table where the bottles were was unmanned, with unopened bottles sitting on the table, easily accessible. It was as if they were inviting people to take them. Many people were taking bottles and walking out with them. I grabbed 2 and didn't see any issue with it as many others were doing it and the bottles were right there in the open. As I'm walking down the steps outside the door, a worker aggressively grabbed the bottles from my arms, and groped my body looking for other bottles. He almost took my phone because was just reaching for anything and everything. As a young female, this was appalling and frightening. I was shocked, it happened so fast. He did not say a single word to me. Here's the thing - if this worker had simply asked for me to hand the bottles to him, I would have have happily obliged. There was no need for him to assault me.
This brewery should not host NYE parties in the future, as it's obvious they don't know how to run them. All-in-all an awful and...
Read moreWent on a Saturday around 5:30 pm with my two kids. It was their first time there, Ive been here few times but I normally do not get the food. When we arrived it was pretty packed the host mentioned there was a long wait for a table and we would have had better luck ordering from the bar. I still decided to put my name down incase a table opened up. I got my two kids a $40 card that came with extras credits. I walked to the bar and no seat was open and apparently the bartender WILL NOT serve you unless you’re sitting. The kids and I were starving! Finally a young lady gave me her seat and said here they wont serve you unless youre sitting… it was so many people standing around the bar smh such a bad concept. I finally order a drink and Luckily by the time we got a soda I was called that my table was ready. It was national margarita day so I ordered the Verdita margarita… Super gross! It was like a cilantro & jalapeño juices mixed together with SALT 🤢🤢🤢 lol I almost sent it back but I told myself this probably the only healthy thing ill have today lol but never again. I ordered the calamari and house salad, my daughter had the kids chicken tenders and fries, my son had the kids cheeseburger. Calamari was fried hard AND salty, it was so salty that my son said they were spicy, which it wasnt spicy it was VERY SALTY. My salad dressing my salty and my daughter said her chicken tenders were salty… my son didn’t complain about his food. The only thing that wasn’t salty were the fries… maybe next time ill just stick with beers. The card last a very long time. We ate and still had tons of credits available. I was ready to go because I was still hungry. I had to play with them so we could finish...
Read moreThis was my First time ever coming to bingo beer and my experience to say the least was terrible. Me and my boyfriend sat down and when the waitress had approached us we were enthusiastic to let her know that we had never been and we needed a bit more understanding of how the arcade , food, and drinking experience would be. Her communication was in a rushed manner leaving us with unanswered questions and a bad understanding. My boyfriend decided to buy some beers and was told by the waitress that we could carry them around the arcade area and drink them as well as enjoy playing. A few minutes later we were approached by the manager who was expressing his concerns about him drinking and playing in a distasteful way and we were also told that it was illegal for us to be playing while carrying around our drinks which is already a lack of communication between staff. He had also told us that we were still allowed to finish our drinks even after the nasty comments about not being able to drink while playing the games. My boyfriend and I decided to finish playing in the arcade because we had already purchased a game card , while we were finishing playing the manager kept going around in circles and even picked up my drink with his bare hands to see if I had finished, even while the whole restaurants has COVID signs up about being precautious and safety. On top of circling around, he ended up just sitting at the bar and watching me and my boyfriend play the games which made me feel very anxious and ready to leave. Will never come back after the way I felt and I hope other people don’t have to experience this restaurant...
