Poor slow service & they weren't that busy. I felt sorry for one fellow who seemed to be doing all the work while the others either stood in the kitchen or moved slowly in the back. Had to go ask twice for breadsticks, as did another table. As I waited at the counter for them (second time), I watched a worker (young man who looked very bored) put some pasta on a plate, using a utensil & a gloved hand. That was ok, but then he lazily wiped the work counter with a cloth and fixed another plate, using the same gloved hand touching the pasta! The food was good & tasty; just watch the small print on the $5 "All Day" special. The free drink ends at 4:00. They were out of tableware, which my husband had to go ask for some, as we had nothing to eat our meal with when it came. (I saw lots of piled up dirty dishes in the back). Large drink cup lids were also out & the drink area was not clean. My husband and said the men's room was out of paper towels. Sadly, not a...
Read moreFazoli's unfortunately did not live up to expectations during my recent visit. Right from the start, I noticed that the portion sizes were disappointingly small, especially for the price. To make matters worse, everything was served in to-go containers, which felt rather uninviting and cheap.
The staff's attitude further detracted from the experience. They were not only rude but also seemed to act strangely, which made the whole dining atmosphere uncomfortable. It was hard to enjoy the meal when the environment felt so off-putting.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was concerning; every table was filthy, and it seemed like no effort was made to maintain a tidy dining area. Overall, my experience at Fazoli's was extremely disappointing. I would give it a 0 out of 10 and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant...
Read moreWe ate there the night of the 12th. Although we survived the following food poisoning, it was a terrible 24 hours that followed. My mother is dying in a nursing home there. That night my daughter was sitting with her, but was suffering the effects of the food poisoning all night. When I drove back there to pick her up, I also became sick, right in the doctor’s office. We spent the next day so sick we could barely get up to run to the bathroom. My sister is in town, who we see maybe once a year, and we couldn’t spend time with her, either. We believe it was your Alfredo sauce, but we also both had chicken. Please work harder to make sure you don’t poison people with your food. My daughter had chicken Alfredo with broccoli, I had baked chicken parmigiana. We both lost an entire day of our lives, and it was an...
