I’d like to share my experience with Liquified Juicery and why I decided to do a cleanse.

I’ve done the 7 day cleanse twice I decided to do it because I am a family man and I run my own construction company. This combination can be overwhelming. Especially since I’m not as physically active as I should and I got in the habit of not eating well. It got to the point where I wasn’t at my best physically, mentally, and emotionally, so I knew I needed to do a serious maintenance.

The first time I experienced a headache that lasted a couple days and I was cranky and annoyed that I couldn’t eat the foods I enjoyed, but I was able to get through it. The second time I did a lot better, I was better prepared mentally for what I was goIng to experience. After completing the cleanse, believe me I felt so much better. I wake up feeling energized and focused to get through my day And I’ve lost a combined weight of 14lbs. I’ve gotten more active physically because I have the energy for it, and my mood is different since I feel better internally. Also because the people around me have noticed the difference.

The juices are delicious and it is tough to say which one is better because they’re all great, but if I had to pick one I would say is the Green Alkalizer .
