POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is my biggest pet peeve. I went to Quiznos 4/27 at 4pm. I walked up to the door and it was locked. The open sign on the window was lit up. I went back to my car to google the hours of operation and the closing time was listed as 7pm. I went back up to the door peeked inside the window and did not spot anyone inside. I then noticed the hours posted on the window which stated they were open until 7. I returned back to my car to find another place to grab food.
I then saw an employee (Lupita) unlock the door from inside the restaurant. I walked back up to the door and walked inside. Lupita did not greet or acknowledge me. I ordered a sandwich and a soup. Lupita started making my sandwich and when she asked me if I would like anything else I asked her if she got the soup (I asked this because I wanted to make sure she heard me order it as I noticed she didn’t start to prepare it). Lupita said something under her mask in which I could not understand. I asked her what she said, she repeated herself however I still couldn’t understand her because her words sounded muffled under her mask. I told her I couldn’t hear her and Lupita rolled her eyes, walked away, and proceeded to prepare my soup.
Lupita scooped the soup into the cup, noticing that some of the soup spilled over the side of the cup, Lupita did not wipe off the mess she created. She placed the cup of soup into the bag along with the sandwich. She did not ask if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, or any extras on my sandwich.
Lupita checked me out at the cash register, displaying attitude, she did not verbally tell me what my total was but instead stood there and looked at me. I paid for my food and upon walking out of the restaurant Lupita did not give any closure such as a thank you or have a nice day. Lupita provided poor customer service, could not communicate, and gave me an attitude while serving me.

Read moreI recently visited Quiznos because it was conveniently located near my home. Upon entering, I noticed the place was clean, although there was a strong smell of smoked bacon. Initially, I didn't mind the aroma, assuming the staff were preparing an order for another customer.
I ordered a pastrami sandwich, a favorite of mine, along with a drink. However, when I got home and opened the sandwich, I was disappointed to find that it smelled strongly of bacon. While I don't have anything against bacon, it's not what I ordered.
I called Quiznos to ask about ingredients in pastrami to make sure there was no bacon. I really tried liking the sandwich but the bacon aroma was too strong so I requested a refund, but unfortunately, the manager was unavailable to verify my complaint, and I didn't receive a refund.

I ask the store person to change. She was rolling her eyes like I have said something that I should have think. Anyways, I have always very bad experience with the same person many time.
