I usually visit this Starbucks once or twice a week and generally receive excellent service, but this morning was completely unacceptable. When I walked in, no one greeted me, even though 4 employees were clearly present,one was working the drive-through, another was setting up a display, and a young woman with orange-colored hair was sitting in the back texting on her phone.
I waited far longer than necessary for a simple order like egg potato bites, which normally takes less than two minutes. Two other employees eventually came out from the back, but they did not acknowledge me, ask what I was waiting for, or offer any assistance,they simply started making coffee.
Even when the drive through employee finally asked what I needed, another worker walked right in front of me, grabbed supplies, and didn’t say a word. The lack of basic customer service,no greeting, no acknowledgment, no communication, and no sense of urgency,was extremely disappointing, especially compared to the consistently good service I normally receive at this location.
I hope management addresses this behavior so future customers don’t have to experience the same lack of...

Read moreI get drinks from the Starbucks drive thru, total is ten dollars and change. Dude says, mind answering a question for me, and points a keypad in my direction. The question, how much of a tip do I want to leave. I don't want to tip you anything because I went to through the drive thru and talked you for a whole 20 seconds. I get it, just trying survive, not mad at that. So I try to hit the $1 tip button and this kid moves the keypad, more than once. So I said, "can you hold it still please so I can hit the no tip button." My drinks were already done, I can see the girl already sat them next to him. He closes the window, pretends to busy and makes me wait a few extra minutes for my drink. I'm not mad, I can be petty at times too, plus I'm on vacation, killing 20min while I wait for my sister, I've got all the time in the world. I avoid annoyances so I'll never visit a Starbucks again, and life tip bro. If you don't want to make minimum wage, don't apply for a minimum wage job.
