Mancino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Richmond

They took our pickup order wrong, so my lunch wasn't included in the order, and then we had no way to go back to pick up my lunch after we discovered their error. I called and asked them to please allow me to order and have them deliver my lunch to me at work since they messed up our pickup order and I had no way of going to pick it up, but the manager spoke over me, interrupting me repeatedly, refused to listen to me, and was incredibly rude. Their minimum delivery fee is $15- apparently even if THEY mess up- and they refuse to make it right because there is supposedly nothing they can do about their own screw up.

I can't imagine having so little power as a manager that I can't even correct my workers' mistakes to make a customer happy so they can have lunch. Then again, I can't imagine being so rude to customer just looking to eat lunch like...

This place has okay food. Usually they forget if you order anything "special" such as no mayo on a sandwich. Every time I've ever had a personal pizza here, the crust so so soggy that I can barely even eat it.

What really upsets me about this place is that I ordered delivery the other day. I just wanted a pizza and a drink. I placed my order, was given a price and a time they would arrive... And they never showed up. I called back and they informed me that my order didn't meet the minimum amount that was required for delivery. They never thought to call me and let me know this was the case. This place has subpar food, and the only reason I ever eat it is because they are close and offer delivery. If you have other options, you'd probably be better off going...

Ordered a club sandwich automatically expecting 2 get a 1/2. Also ordered a to-go sandwich to be made a little later on as we were eating inside. I noticed just as clerk was being bringing our food out, that it was a whole grinder that they had given me instead of 1/2. I did paid for a whole, but the clerk should have asked if I wanted a whole or a half. They asked the other person I was with this. They wouldn't do anything about this error & it was entirely too much food, as I can only eat 1/4 of a sandwich from there. Also they wouldn't take off the half ham and cheese I paid for, that hadn't been made yet, place of the whole grinder I had paid for when I really only wanted a half! Poor service! Won't be going back...
