Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond

Not a good experience. ordered online with delivery requested an hour and a half later at 7:05. Received an email at 6:37 saying pizza was on its way. Got a text shortly after saying Lilibeth from door dash would deliver my pizza at 7:18. Later got a text that said: "Your dasher will hand the order to you." At 7:27 I called the store and asked where my pizza was. He would not answer the question but said: "Two guys just left - shouldn't be long". At 7:53 I called again and asked where my pizza was. This guy actually looked it up and said: "It was delivered at 7:07." Sure enough we had an ice cold pizza sitting on the mat outside the door - NEVER...

Ordered pizzas on a Monday night… 55 minutes later we received our pizzas, cold. I called and the guy I spoke to told me it was door dashes fault. And then laughed at me- totally disrespectful. I asked who I speak to when there’s an issue and he transferred me to Tyler, the manager, who was not helpful and told me I could drive to the restaurant and get a pizza. Whatever you do, don’t get delivery, and check your box before you leave the store. I waited an hour for Door Dash and for the SECOND time in a row I received a plain cheese pizza instead of pepperoni. It’s so frustrating. I wish they’d just check the box before letting it go out.
