Human Wok has the BEST wings in Ridgeland. OMG first let's talk about the wings! They are whole wings fried to perfection. You can get a few as four wings or feed a whole team with 200 wings. They have every wing flavor combination you could possibly think of. But the honey wing with extra thick honey sauce will make you hurt yourself. Now, let's discuss their fried rice. This is the REAL stuff. No yellow rice here. The fry the rice on the grill just like at the hibachi restaurants. You may any protien you like to your fried rice. But shrimp is my favorite and the shrimp is always fresh too. The staff is very friendly and take your promptly. The food is made fresh in a kitchen you can see. Which is always nice. The dining room is clean and the restrooms are clean too. So it's okay to dine-in. They have a large flat screen tv so you can watch tv while you dine in if you like. On 4/27/25. Purchase 2 dinner specials (Hunan Shrimp and House Lo Main) and order of boneless ribs. $43.00. On 4/28/25 returned the dishes because they were soured and smelled like ammonia or bleach. Now the refund was $34.00...

The issue is they keep $8.50 a charge for the egg roll, chicken (not a whole wing) and wonton pack that come with the dinner.

This was horrible because they were going to redo my order and provide the packs again with the order and I requested the refund which lead to them keeping the $8.50.

I asked them you are going to charge a repeat customer for the complimentary pack which comes with the dinner special any way.

I told them you have lost 10 customers after this. And I am calling everyone to share my horrible experience.

The sweet & sour chicken wasn't good at all. The sauce was extremely thin and didn't have much flavor. The chicken was extremely dry and seemed to be over cooked. The egg roll didn't taste good and the crust was oily. Maybe the oil that they used to fry everything in was old. The taste of the fried rice was weird too. We didn't care for any of the food. We ate it because food is expensive these days, but it just wasn't good. Maybe some of their other items are good, but I’m not willing to take the chance. We definitely won't return or recommend.
