Mariscos La Villa — Restaurant in Ridgeland

This restaurant is really good! The food is delicious, and even though the prices are a bit high, it’s worth it for the portion sizes and the quality of the seafood (if you like good food, this is the place to go). The waitresses—at least the two who attended us—were not very efficient; they were chatting at the entrance while my husband and I wanted a drink from the bar. I think if they focused more on their tables, this place would be perfect! Other than that, everything was great, and I plan to come back, hoping for better service...

Good was good. Hard to put a solid grade on it as it was something I have not had much experience with. Seafood with a Mexican style spice palette. Was hoping for a little more heat. Only had a shrimp platter so will update the review as I try more options. Unique menu with the manager saying the closest competition for their menu would be all the way in Memphis. Worth checking out if you want something new...
