My child enjoyed her party. However, the customer service and overall experience from a parental perspective was HORRIBLE. We did not have a hostess assist with the party. They half set up our room. We had to ask for gloves, something to cut our cake with, etc. We had to serve our guests ourselves. Someone came in at the end of the party and asked if we needed help. NO, the party was over at that point. When I expressed my concerns to the staff, they made excuses. I explained to those TEENAGERS that I was not upset with them. However, their leadership should have staffed accordingly or limited the number of parties reserved for that day if every party could not have a hostess. One of the teenagers was rolling her eyes and had an attitude. I told the young lady the attitude was unnecessary and requested the name and number to the district manager since they stated a manager was not onsite and available. She got on the phone saying "a customer is down here complaining". I was given a small discount for the inconvenience. I will not be inconvenienced again because SkyZone will not receive another dime of my money!! There are several options in the metro area for birthday parties that hopefully will provide a better experience.
05/29/22: I never received the party shirt my child was supposed to receive.
The goal should be for the child AND parents to enjoy the party. I’m still discouraging anyone I know from having a party here! HORRIBLE!! If I could have rated this place ZERO...
Read moreI just wanted to be sure to do a review! Came here to enjoy a fun day with my grandkids and they watched their grandmom be escorted out by cops! We were not asked to leave prior to the police being called because they claimed I was being a(rude)!! I definitely felt like the whole interaction with EVERYONE I ENCOUNTERED was rude! From walking in and the young ladies in the front held the tickets that we prepaid for online due to 2 of the kids were not there when we walked in from the manager explaining that no combo button is in the screen that was clearly listed on the big menu behind him! Then when the kids arrived walked back to were you get the bands and nicely asked loudly because as someone stated!!! It’s loud!!! In the building! Asked for the bands 3xs and 4 little women never responded because I guess I was being rude!, Like not saying anything isn’t being rude! Finally getting the bands and letting the kids go play! Not thinking anything of it definitely feeling defeated and ready to leave as soon as the lil playtime was over!, and in walk two cops! No one even asked us to leave prior and we know that could’ve definitely went left! I will NEVER FORGET THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I hope everyone including managers that were there between 2-5 on yesterday the 21st of September get it together or I’m afraid this place won’t last! Looks like from reading recent reviews definitely agree! They need to redo training or sumn!! The kids act...
Read moreMe and my two children made it to jump at 7pm sharp and they’re supposed to close at 8pm which it states online and by phone and once we entered they anticipated us at the door to inform me that they were closed and I asked why because they normally had been closing at 8 per usual and the employee proceeded to say they stop giving tickets at 7pm. So I asked for the manager because my children really wanted about 45 minutes of fun and I like it less busy due to my 3 year old and safety purposes. So the manager came and proceeded to say they stop letting people in an hour early due to timing. I know it was 7pm and that was my point in coming late once it was not crowded and it was an hour of jump time left, and he continued to say the same thing and I asked if that’s the rule or their own rule because online and by phone it states 8pm and I thought until 8pm people could still enter the establishment because that’s the protocol and it’s very unprofessional and if they stop letting people in at 7 then it needs to be online or when someone calls because I traveled thirty minutes just for them to not want to let anymore customers jump when it’s a whole 60 minutes left. Very disappointed in whoever worked the shift today. Employees and managers who can’t be professional shouldn’t work somewhere if they wanna make their own rules and dissatisfy customers knowing that’s not what’s suppose to happen....
