Juarez Tacos — Restaurant in Ridgeland

Had been wanted to give this place five stars for a while, as many people have recommended this place. I was recommended them to open our grand opening with us. Upon getting them on the phone, after nearly 4 phone calls and being hung up on (I thought the call was dropping, which is why I kept calling back, one person answered and didn't say anything and hung up), and after finally, picking up the phone, the owner gave me his personal number, took the date and address and time for our event, and we ended the conversation. A week later goes by, and nearly every single day I had tried to get in contact with the same person that I spoke with about our event, and not one text or call from this person. We were without a food truck for a grand opening, but thankfully someone was able to pull through with much better options. To have a special event for us, this was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a food truck, and my only experience. I will never recommend this place again, and not take the recommendation, as I was ignored, repeatedly, after getting confirmation that we would do an event together. Very unprofessional. Okay, who has been keeping this little secret from us?! This place is my new favorite taco spot for street tacos!! Every taco I had was full of flavor, meat marinated and seasoned perfectly, so good that we really didn't need to add any salsa or much at all.

We ordered Asada steak, al pastor pork, Cameron shrimp, and lengua beef tongue tacos. My favorite was the Asada, we're thinking of heading back for another round 😅 We also got the three meat quesadilla. I enjoy a quesadilla that holds together, and not flop over and all my fillings ends up on my plate. These were perfect just how I like em!

I went here with my husband and daughter and this is the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a longgg time the decor was beautiful the place was clean it wasn’t to hot or to cold in the eating area and got salsa and chips immediately!! Omg the guacamole and queso was absolutely to die for and I don’t like everyone’s food we got food for our baby lots of tacos and a quesadilla and it was really amazing portion sizes for how much everything cost I was amazed good food with good prices made sure to leave a great tip our server was the sweetest to my daughter and us !!
