BYPASS THIS LOCATION, HORRIBLE RESTAURANT, DJ NEEDS TO BE FIRED... This morning on my way to work I ordered through the drive thru. I ordered a breakfast combo with a caramel frappuccino with no whip cream. Expectedly, the drive thru lines were long. When I go to the delivery window DJ (a very peculiar male) handed me my breakfast sandwich. He asked that I pulled forward to get my frappuccino. I told him that I was not going to move forward. I added that my time was just as important as that timer that they use in the drive thru and every other car behind me. DJ (a very peculiar male) insisted that I move forward. I reiterated that I was not moving forward. I told him that he insisted that I move forward that he needed to give me a refund. DJ (a very peculiar male) turned and yelled back into the kitchen, "I need to do a refund." Now get this... Then, DJ (a very peculiar male) asked me to pull forward so I could get my refund. (You can't make this stuff up.) I got out of the vehicle and went in the store. I demanded to speak with the manager. An aged black woman with gray her identified herself as the manager - I later found out her name was Martha. I insisted upon my refund immediately. I then asked for the regional manager's number.
This restaurant is HORRIBLE. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRID. DJ (a very peculiar male) needs represents everything wrong with this restaurant: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY CARE MOST ABOUT THEIR DRIVE THRU TIME METRIC more so that than customers.
SKIP this McDonald's. Do like I did go to the Waffle House...
Read moreMcDonald’s on Countyline is the worst experience yet. It’s like I walked into a cemetery. The manager down to the employees were in the kitchen and one at a table all starred at me and did not utter a word; Such as, “Welcome to McDonald’s, How may I help you. The front area was unclean, the store had an unclean smell, and a broom and a dustpan was in the front store area near the fountain beverage counter. I mean, seriously, I lost my appetite and just charged my phone and left. Managers do not train employees professionalism or customer etiquette. If this is the future of restaurants, why don’t you just let animals run the store. They will at least ‘Bark’ when someone enters a room. The future looks really bleak in the McDonald’s fast food chain, and if this is what we have to deal with; it is much safer and friendlier to cook and eat at home. Customer service in this particular McDonald’s is at an all time -negative zero. Sadly, they do not seem aware or intelligent enough to realize it. Please close the doors and go home. Why are you there? PetsMart is hiring. FEDUP at Themis incompetent generation and at those in authority who would rather be their friends then teach them customer service skills,...
Read moreI just spent 35 minutes in the drive thru lane at the McDonalds on Countyline Road. When I asked to speak to a manager, the employee at the drive thru screamed "Oh my God, she wants to speak to a manager!". When the manager came up she had a scowl on her face and asked what the problem was. I asked her why it took 35 minutes to get a sandwiche and fries. She said that they had computer problems and had let people know at the drive thru window so they could choose to wait or not. I told her that I wasn't told this. She then changed it to she let the people before me know and they chose to stay in line. I asked why I wasn't told and was told that I was trapped in the drive thru and couldn't get out anyway. I asked why they didn't have someone out there letting people know what was going on and she acted like I was crazy for even thinking that respecting the customer's time was her problem. She had a very unprofessional attitude and if she can't make intelligent decisions that don't result in customers waiting in a drive thru for 35 minutes then she shouldn't be a manager. She didnt even offer an apology. I seldom go to McDonalds and this lack of concern and ability to do their jobs...
