Pat's Pizza Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Ridley Township

All the schools love this pizza more than they serve in their cafeterias. Everytime my school did good in our scholastics reading and other subjects at the end of every semester or half semester with Pat's pizza & we voted on what type of toppings on different slices besides extra cheese slices. Totally missed the one they use to have in Collingdale, but this one is great too. The old Collingdale business is available for renting since this convenience store owner decided to retire. That was a half a year before the Wawa moved closer to the Collingdale Police Department (right nextstore) the funeral owner decided to sell it to them and now it's closer towards the field near bridge after Pussley. Right across that street they have a sign so you know how much gas prices are. Yep they selling gas too! I hope (finger crossed) they buy the place back when the economy is looking better. Better yet maybe even the old Wawa building hopefully after this pandemic is over and things back to normal. Kids after a track or ball game and excetra have a place to chill with many booths if the Macdade-Holmes one is too crowed. Lots of Collingdale collage kids loved getting Pat's Pizza every week or every other week. I totally bet Collingdale Police Department missed it was much much closer to their precinct. This is the greatest deep dowey pizza you'll find in Delaware County and their wings and every other menu items that tie it all up are great too! When I was in 3rd grade I remember my teachers let us have it so my friends can see how other friends could fall in love with it too and have their taste buds spoiled by their amazon flavor! Our teachers bought bottles of cool ranch and blue cheese from Aldi supermarket and bought hugh bags of potatoes chips and cheese...

I can honestly say, I have never experienced anything like what I’ve experienced today!!

This is my 2nd time ordering from this store. First time ordering some months ago, there was no issue, so naturally, we thought to try something different. I ordered a steak stromboli and pizza. As I started to eat the stromboli, I noticed it was very dry. After getting 1/3 of the way thru, I noticed there was no sauce. I contacted the restaurant and confirmed sauce was supposed to be in the stromboli.

The person who answered the phone, puts me on hold and says to me I will speak to the cook. She then comes back to the phone, apologizes and asks if I want to either have another one made and picked up or delivered. I expressed how late it was, and it wasn’t necessary, but we would just have it remade a different day. She said sure, I will credit your phone number for $2. I asked why only $2? The person then says it’s the price of what the sauce would be. She also said their policy is the food needs to be returned, no matter the condition, in order to receive full credit or an exchange. I was absolutely shocked with disbelief! I told her you messed up my food, and I’m responsible for giving half eaten food back in order to make the situation right????

She confirmed yes!

In this situation, policy didn’t matter. Making sure a customer was made whole, is what mattered. I don’t know many stores that want food, that was touched over back. It’s unsanitary. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing...

APRIL 27TH 2024 night shift Family owned huh didn't show me no love 💔 I was on the road for 6 hours it was kinda late so I called in and ordered large fries fried hard please there was a pulse so I'm waiting to give my name and she never asked she just said OK I get there 10 min later and she asked me if I was picking up I said yes I needed to use the rest room I come out the rest room and she said what r u picking up I said large fries fried hard So then she says she don't see and order for large fries I said are you high she said huh I said are you high she laughed n asked for my phone number and the manager was coming over after she entered my phone number she then replied its suppose to be a pizza with it I said no just fries she laughs again and says oh SHE WAS HIGH now I'm not only hungry I'm angry because I never asked for a pizza n she never asked for my name on the phone when I ordered the manager is just looking I just walked out disappointed hurt n hungry and the reason y I'm disappointed is my hubby always picks my food up from them bc they live so close n he's always around that way I love there wings n fries and now I will never spent another 35 dollars again around there SHAME ON THE MANAGER Her actions made me feel like she didn't give A F OR NOT if I was leaving Now I'm wondering how they see my husband when he come in there n yes I'm an African American and I feel some kinda way about this I've been getting orders from them for...
