I was so glad I could make it here for lunch before heading back to the States! Chris and family are so delightful and the food is delicioso. I ordered the pork canasta and rice combo. The pork was so tender and the rice was heavenly. I've been craving Puerto Rican rice since I got here a few weeks ago and was so excited that I forgot to take a photo before devouring it all. Then I ordered their fresh mango juice with lemon and mint and Keto-friendly Tembleque. This time I remembered to take photos. Wow and wow! The juice was so light and refreshing. And the tembleque was like butter. You can tell that everything is truly made with love, as their sign says.
