Good classic puerto rican food at a decent price. I got takeout, and it was very well packaged, with no leaks. They made sure to wrap everything up very well, which I was grateful for. Got the Mofongo relleno with chicken. It's really delicious mofongo well seasoned, not greasy at all. The chicken crillo was very tasty, maybe a bit bland, but pared with the monfongo, it was balanced. Hearty portions of chciken and broth. We also got the chicken asopao, which is the stew again hearty portion of food flavorful, not overwhelming, or greasy, very fresh flavors. The tostones were fresh, not frozen, which is always a win, not greasy at all. The masitas de pollo were perfect little chcikem bites which are great after a long day of swimming, they give you a nice portion of them not super flavorful but honestly that's what you want because you want to taste the chciken. We got an order of surullitos not good they were hard and tasted like they were frozen and would not get that again. Overall, it was a very good experience with the freshness and quality of food, and decent prices compared to other restaurants in the area would try again. Location is a great central area that is easy to access with...
Read moreProbably the best fish tacos I've had anywhere. Highly recommend the mahi-mahi or grouper. Both are fried and served on a soft tortilla with shredded cheese, lettuce and some pico. They come three per serving and are properly served on a divided stainless trio taco holder that keeps everything in place the way it should be. Their local hot sauce is killer and the service is great. I cannot however vouch for the chicken tacos which unfortunately are like fried chicken fingers, but all the other items on the menu seemed to be enjoyed very much by our large group. My wife and I went back there at least three more times because it's so good! One guarantee: when (if) you finish those 3 tacos, you will be not plagued by hunger for quite some time... don't hesitate, just go! I think they're...

It was one of the best meals we've had in PR.
We were skeptical at first when we arrived on a Friday night and the place was pretty empty, but then the food came out. We started with the mahi bites which were great.
The entrees really stole the show, though. We got the snapper fillet with creole sauce, the chuleta and the churrasco with shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection!
My husband is Latino and felt like he was right at home here.
Also the flan...
