Olio Artisan Pizza — Restaurant in Rincón

This is a little out-of-the-way place with a lot of character and personality. The staff is very attentive and professional.

But the star of the show were the pepperoni croquetas we had as appetizer. One bite and an explosion of flavors take over. Crisp, perfectly round and beautifully garnished. Inside, soft, moist hot and full of so much flavor it makes you feel warm and fuzzy on the inside.

The Oli salad had the most colorful greens. Crisp and cool with just the right amount of dressing. Not skimpy either, not by a long shot.

And finally, the Meats pizza. Wow! The prosciutto, pepperoni, beef and everything else just had us nearly screaming: "Mamma mia, che sapore delizioso!" And we're not even italian.

FOOD - 10/10 we ordered a special which was was the cheese pizza which was to perfection with a thin crust, crunchy but chewy, fresh mozarella and parmasean. The new Zealand steak was perfectly cooked as ordered. Ceasar salad was fresh and delicious. SERVICE- The only issue was the female waitresses. I did this industry while in college and they were too busy talking. The male waiter was busting his chops as they say and did a great job. ATMOSPHERE- Very clean and organized....

New pizza place in Rincón! The pizza is artisan as they describe, thin crust made with fresh high-quality toppings. I ordered a Margherita pizza to-go and it was super quick less than 10 minutes. Olio, olive oil in Italian, has a casual and comfortable atmosphere, in a central location, with good prices, and nice service. It’ll be my go to pizza in Rincon now ;) Welcome Olio - and woohoo...
