Slowest service and rudest staff. We went to drive in today 10/21/23 around 3:30. The line was NOT moving so we parked and got out, thinking weâd get better service if we went inside and ordered - boy weâre we wrong. We stood on line for quite some time with no one even greeting us - and were completely ignored. Three employees, all wearing headsets - I thought perhaps the counter staff had stepped away so I asked one of the headset-wearing teenagers (all three appeared to be teenagers with no adults in sight) if I was waiting in the right place to receive service - he told me yes and when I said politely that we had been there quite a while and no one came over to us - he very rudely said that there were only three of them and that they were very busy. (Too busy to serve customers standing I front of you???) they finally took our order and left the woman behind us just standing there waiting. Several minutes later, that customer asked if she could get some help - she only needed a donut - to which the rude headset-wearing teenager told her heâd be with her soon and turned away. In frustration the woman decided to leave and he said to her âwell if you canât wait then you just need to get outâ. SO RUDE. I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts again until they hire a staff who actually cares about the customers and has a clue about manners and customer service. He should be fired! (He had dark brown curly hair and his nose...
Read moreWent through the drive thru with my sister and we had a big order that was $30. The employee talking to us was taking our order when halfway through he said, âNext time you have an order this big just come inside.â We just wanted to get our food and go so we went through the drive thru. My sister just responded okay but I was upset because not everyone wants to go inside to order or can go inside due to their own personal reasons. We just let it go, until we got to the window and he handed us the donuts which were the wrong ones. I was already upset but I was very calm and just told my sister Iâm going inside to get the correct donuts. There was only three other people who were together who had ordered but they still took fifteen minutes to come to the register just so I could exchange the donuts. Then when me and my sister were driving away, they had also forgotten one of the bagels and this is upsetting because Iâm a 16 year old teenager who doesnât have a job meaning I donât get checks I just have the money from my birthday parties to pay for the things I want, so I just spent $6 to not get the bagel that was MINE. I was too upset to go back inside and get the bagel. They probably would have made me wait another thirty minutes just for...
Read moreQuality of staff has decreased significantly from a year ago to today. Just in my last 6 to 8 visits, I've consistently heard staff yelling at each other and it even looked like an upper level manager in a few of those occasions. You constantly hear employees needlessly yelling at each other, though it seems like they're berating each other in a joking manner, I still don't get how people can work in that kind of environment, and I'm Hispanic! Staff needs to learn how to turn that stuff on and off. You're in Ringwood, not Paterson. There's a time and place for these things. Staff needs to understand that negative energy is easily sensed by customers and transferred on to your coworkers and customers. Today they made my drink wrong and instead of acknowledging the mistake or saying "I'm sorry" she huff and puffed, then deflected blame on to her coworkers. Haskell location is much more pleasant and worth the extra drive even with all the traffic and lights. Just a very unprofessional staff at the Ringwood location. Staff went from great to "what in the world is this" in a year. Honestly, if I was the owner, I'd get a few manager material/serious men in there just to balance out the female-to-female caddy behavior that's obviously going...
