We are a family of 6. We go to this Burger King because this is our local/close to home Burger King. Every time we go to this location they make our orders wrong every time. On our recent orders we have gotten burgers with no garnish, hard patties, no cheese when ordered, etc. There are never any soft drinks they always run out. On our last visit once again everything was made incorrectly. We called the the restaurant and spoke to Jose the manager on duty. He had a really bad attitude. I explained to him that every time we come to this location it is always a problem where he proceeded to tell me “then why do you keep coming back then?” I got upset considering I am the paying customer. I didn’t ask for my order to be made wrong and when I talk to a manager I would think there would be respect and sympathy for my issue. I explained to him as a manager he shouldn't be talking to me that way. He calmed down and told me he’s not the one that makes the burgers and that his cooks don’t know what they are doing. He told me he was going to replace my burgers when I told him no your going to replace my entire meal considering this is wasting my gas and money to have to drive back for a correction that should have never took place. He took my name and number and told me to go back when I could and he would replace all my entire meals. The next day I go to the restaurant to redeem my corrected order when it became a huge ordeal. Maribel was the female manager that helped she noticed that the note left from Jose only said they were only going to replace the burgers. Obviously Jose lied to me about replacing the entire order just to get me off the phone. Maribel did what she could to help solve our issues. As we were talking to Maribel another associate by the name of Leslie came to the window which wasn’t needed and asked us why we can’t go to another Burger King and asked us why we keep coming back if it’s such a problem. Maribel had to ask Leslie to walk away and leave it alone. I am going to obviously never go back which is unfortunate because the management team at this location should strive to make customers happy, make quality food, and be respectful to their customers. There is a huge lack of customer service and professionalism at this location. I will be contacting Burger King corporate office to file a complaint because I do not think anyone that is paying for food should be talked to in that manner and treated the way the staff and management team...
Read moreWorst customer service. We order 3 breakfast sandwiches and three drinks at drive thru. They forgot one sandwich. Drove back around and they said to pull forward with the receipt. Provided the receipt and he asked to look in our bag. My son and his teenage daughter were already eating their sandwiches so I told the employee that. He said he still needed to see in the bag! I looked at him in total confusion! The bag was now empty. He told me if I wanted a refund he needed to look in my bag. He literally wanted them to stop eating their sandwiches, wrap up what was left, put them in the bag and give it back to him! I told him I didn't want a refund at all I wanted the sandwich I paid for. He proceeds to tell me I need to calm down. I had not even remotely raised my voice albeit I did question our need for putting our half eaten food back in the bag to prove to him they shorted us. I'm in a 100k vehicle and I'm going to try to get a 3.00 sandwich for free? Seriously? I give him the bag, he proceeds to look through it, hands it back and proceeds to get my sandwich. When he gave me my food I told him it was rude to tell an obviously calm customer that they need to calm down. He said he'd been a manager for 6 years and it's what works for him. Read moreI went through the drive through yesterday morning and the menu was not the breakfast menu so the I told the lady that it’s not the right menu and she says yes it is. So I order my food anyway, hoping she got it right so I go to the window and the lady takes my card and everything. She starts handing out my food to me but I notice the lid was not on right so I tell the lady to put the lid on right because this is the second time she’s done this to me. I didn’t complain the first time and I told her and she says I don’t know because she’s a Mexican lady and she tries to hand me a lid as if not to understand visually what she saw as well. Now I don’t appreciate foreigners pretending to be dumb just to be mean. I don’t appreciate someone not being courteous and professional and saying I’m sorry I will do better next time. To top off the rude and unprofessional non English understanding to tell me I’m no good. She needs to find a new job or change her attitude about how to be a good person herself and not judge people she’s only met through the drive through and see her own faults.
