I got a Southerland mattress that developed a deep sag and caused a lot of pain and waking up many times throughout the night. Joe did cover it under warranty for which I am grateful. I paid another thousand to upgrade to an Icomfort Bluemax 1000. Getting this mattress has been a little frustrating. I was told it would take 7-10 days. When I called back they said it would be in on Monday so I took the day off so it could be delivered. I call to see what time they will be able to bring it. Its not thwre yet and just because it comes in doesnt mean they will deliver today. I woke up in pain after only 4 hours of sleep last night and was really looking forward to a good nights sleep tonight. I realize that delivery to them may be beyond their control, however as it has taken longer than expected to arrive at the store, I would hope that every effort would be made to deliver it as soon as possible. I know that I am cranky due to pain and lack of sleep so I do want to make sure that people understand that even for my frustrations I have to acknowledge that Joe is reputable, stands behind his products and honors...

I had been researching online and window shopping for anew mattress setup all day and I was at my wits end when I was driving down Menaul and told my girlfriend one more store and will go home I promise. Well come to find out that was the right store and the last stop I made for that evening. Haiden Johnson went above and beyond my expectations helping us pick out a mattress for our needs and wants . He explained everything thoroughly and to the point. He also provided us with many options on paying for new set up that suited us and in the end it was more affordable and cost effective choice for us. My niece was looking for her first bed set purchase and spent the weekend at the BIG BOX stores. She came home frustrated and discouraged.
