Everything was good until I had to stop the waitress ask for the check because we had been waiting for quite a while for it. I then got a lecture from the waitress on how I'm supposed to use the machine on the table, but then when she tried to show me how to use the machine at the table it was not functioning. Then she proceeded to try and fix the machine when she couldn't she took it it back to the kitchen before ever getting us our check. When she finely comes back after more then five minutes, ignoring her entire section. She says sorry I had to find and change the batteries. She then begins her lecture about using the machine and how to use it over again taking time to demonstrate everything she was lecturing us about on the machine. Then whenshe was finally done, I said I was paying with cash she groans and says fine I will print you out and bring you your receipt. Which is what I asked her for in the first place. But since she had ignored her entire section to find and replace the batteries. She had to check on and help her entire section before she ever come back with the check. In told after having to ask for our check it took over 22 minutes before we finally got the check. Longer than it took for us to be seated and get our food. I think they rely on those machines on the tables too much and just assume you're going to pay for your food with a credit card and if they're going to rely on those machines like that they shouldn't expect a tip the Machine should. Read moreWent on Tuesday January 4th worst experience ever in a restaurant. Took 15 minutes for the server to take our drink order then 2 tables sat around us and they were served immediately. So no biggie trying to be understandable finally got out drinks and waited 45 minutes and still no food and again the tables around us had already finished eating. We asked the waitress why it’s taking soooooo long and wanted to speak to a manager. She then gets an attitude as if we had no right to complain. Finally get our food and i thought your salad was served before you’re dinner but ok it’s here. Not only did she put the wrong dressing but practically threw my food on the table and walked away. How does anyone eat fajitas with no tortillas i specifically asked for more tortillas not no tortillas. Manager Desiree finally came to our table and at this point i said im too angry to eat and the no customer service experience Desiree rudely picked up our food and took it away like we were in the wrong. Charged us for our drinks didn’t try to rectify or try to make us feel better. Not everyone is trying to get away with anything and if it clearly shows Chili’s dropped the ball from the beginning be a real manager and accept that your employees dropped the ball. But instead make excuses. Poorly executed we’ll never go back treated like our business didn’t matter. Called another manager the next day and was supposed to get a call back but still nothing. Read moreNormally its not too bad here .. But the last few times I have come they have messed up. The last time before this we had gotten two chicken pastas..no chicken was in it they fixed it I got over the mistake but after today I'm so annoyed with the service here. Me and my sister did the 2 for 25 both getting steaks they overcooked both of them so we sent them back. They bring them back my sisters is ok but mine is ice cold in the middle so i send it back again. When I finally get my food my steak was ok but my broccoli was cold. I didnt even feel like sending anyrhing back again. Not to mention it seemed as though a different server was more interested in us than our server. So I let the other one know that it was awful. Then i go to pay my bill and my 39 dollar check turned into a 79 dollar check .. I waited for quite a while before my server came around and finally I caught her attention. I told her there was something wrong with my check and she seemed to get defensive. Then she fixed it back to 39. I was really annoyed with the fact that the manager only came by once when we sent back the food the first time to let us know they were recooking it. He never came back to check on us nor offered any compensation for the aggravation. Only the server who wasnt our server offered us a house salad for free.
