7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

I didn't feel like making coffee this morning and going through all the steps and hassle. This was my first time experiencing such great and helpful service as a brand new customer! 🤗 I feel like most coffee places are rushing you and irritated or annoyed when you don't know exactly what you want. I didn't even know where to start this morning. I had Garrett helping me, and he was absolutely fantastic! Based on what I told him I like and don't like, he was super helpful, patient, kind, and gave really awesome suggestions. I really appreciate being treated so nice, and the coffee is not bad at all either; I'm enjoying my cold brew. It's not the Spella Coffee I'm used to, but I definitely would not mind returning anytime I don't feel like making the coffee...

Horrible customer service! I turned into this place because they were waving signs for free drinks so I pull into the drive thru. When I get up to the person to order I was told that they just stopped serving them and that I’ll have to pay even though they literally waving the sign on the corner that says FREE DRINKS! False advertising to get people in your door is super lame! Also I find it funny that when an African American comes in you conveniently just stop giving them out all of a sudden. I feel super disrespected. Total waste of my time and gas! I’ll probably never come back to this establishment! If I could give 0 stars I would! I’ll definitely stick to Dutch bros. Let me start by saying that my husband and I have been big fans of Dutch Bros for a long time. When I saw them building this 7 Brew in Rio Rancho I was intrigued to see how it would compare to Dutch. So yesterday we decided to give it a shot. Oh man, they have blown Dutch Bros out of the water. Our first drinks from there were a pumpking spice blondie and pixie stick 7 energy. Their energy drinks are amazing. Way more flavor than Dutch. The pumpkin spice blondie was delicious! It was so good we went back the following day. On that visit I got the Funnel Cake macchiato and my husband got a energy drink with pomegranate, pineapple and mango. Both super delicious! The service was fast and friendly!
