Good bye chick-fil-a. It was fun while it lasted. We have a large family so dropping $80-$100 at chick-fil-a is a normal occurrence 2-4 times a month. Besides this I will get a salad for lunch every once in a while as well. Today I waited for about ten minutes for us to get our food a little longer than usual but still no complaints. I check the bag because they always miss something no big deal never complained about it before. The shift Lead, instead of just getting the 6 French fries I'm missing, asks for the entire bag back. This has never occurred before so I suspect she thinks I'm lying about no fries in our bag. She takes the bag back and an other employee, not the shift lead, proceeds to bring us back the bag I handed over with two other bags that contain the french fries. This is why I suspect she thought I was lying, instead of putting the two bags of fries in the larger bag he hands me everything separately and apologizes for the inconvenience. I decide to count the number of fries and there's only 5 not 6. Mind you I'm in a spot that's still in line with the drive thru just ahead of the window so cars can go around me. At this point I would venture to say at least 20 cars have received there order and left. The shift Lead comes to my windows again and asks if there was something wrong. I said yes I should have 6 fries, 5 medium and one large, I looked at the receipt and it shows there were only 5 fries ordered, 4 medium and one large. I tell her I had ordered an extra french fry but wasn't charged for it so it's not on the receipt but I should have 6 fries all together. She then asks me for my card and charges me for the french fries that they forgot to add when I placed the order. If she would have comped them I would probably be going back. But the fact that she didn't believe me the first time when I told her we don't have any fries at all coupled with how long we had to wait and then being charged for their incompetence was the last straw for me. Chick-fil-a is losing losing at least $300-$400 a month from me. I won't ever go back. Then the final kicker I get home and one of my daughters asks me if there's any sauce. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK ME IF I WANTED ANY SAUCES! Good bye chick-fil-a. Terrible customer service, making a customer feel humiliated for asking what they paid for and then not owning up to your mistake, 1 MEDIUM FRICKIN FRENCH FRY, I'll spend my hard earned money...
Read moreWe came to have fun with our three kids and one of their friends. We come here once a week and never have an issue with my 8 year son being allowed to play on the play area (he is tall for his age). His 8 year old friend was with us and he was able to play as he is a little shorter than my son. The boys were not being rough or rowdy (I have seen some kids get crazy on the play area - that was not the case tonight with our boys) Tonight the manager came over to our table and basically lectured us in front of every other person in the restaurant about how my son could not play and had to just sit an watch all the other kids play because he was slightly taller than the recommended height.
To top everything else off while eating my chicken sandwich I pulled out a piece of plastic that was cooked into the chicken breast. This is not the kind of service I expect from a Chick Fil A. Don’t think we will ever come back to this location.
Update: I told one of the workers about the plastic in my food and she took it back to the manager. The managers name is Bridget A. What is funny is that she immediately came to lecture me about my 8 year old playing in the play area right when he walked in, but she never came out to address the plastic in my food. We waited for about 15 minutes after the worker told her about the plastic and she never came to talk to us
We will definitely never eat at this location again and will be sending a letter about Bridget’s lack of customer service to chick fil a...
Read moreThis particular Chick-fil-A Location sadly does not hold true to the hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness that Chick-fil-A is known for. Since moving to this side of town over a year ago we have not had one single good experience at this store. We’ve had everything from our orders have been gotten wrong and they won’t fix them to the staff have significant others sitting in the restaurant taking up space and time and the employees attention to unfriendly and distracted customer service. But tonight took the cake. I have a 3 year old who has food allergies. Chick-fil-A is one of the last few places that I have been able to confidently get her a meal that is safe that she loves. Many of her favorite foods, in fact almost all of her favorite foods have been stripped from her. Tonight I went there and as normal requested that they please give her Mandarin oranges only to accommodate her food allergy. Every single other Chick-fil-A that I have been to has been able to accommodate this request because it is due to a food allergy. The employees at this one told me they would give her THREE mandarin orange slices because that’s what came in a fruit cup. Or waffles fries which my daughter doesn’t care for, or an applesauce cup which she is allergic to. For shame. I won’t be back to your store. And I will make it known that your location is not allergy friendly to every single Facebook group and allergy group I can find. I’m deeply...
