Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

Can't make this up what I had to go thru with them!! They didn't give Doordash my whole order. when Doordash called they said she didn't even order a drink sense it was third party doordash told me they couldn't help and papa Murphy needed to do a refund the rude guy at the store who also told them I don't have a drink told me I was being rude I felt like I'm dealing with a insane asylum the manager wouldn't even help me. Doordash had to call 2 more times to get them to answer the phone I'm sitting there telling them there calling u right now and he wouldn't respond for Doordash and this computer voice he had no type of help at all. This was my first experience thru this restaurant and my very last!!!! Came in on Halloween to get the pumpkin pizza for my family on Halloween night but was faced with an handwritten out of dough sign for walkins but not online orders so I tired placing an online order and could not order the pumpkin style pizza so I walked in again and spoke with some kid and asked if there was anything I can get and he asked if I had an online order I relayed no I didn’t it wouldn’t let me order the pizza and he said we’ll were out of dough….. okay but you can make an online order? The people in there are very good hearted I was once having trouble with my card need to get a new one my strip was worn the card was at that time 6 years old and it wouldn’t read the young man in there in the kindness in his heart said let me see if it’s not the reader and ran his card and paid my order it’s not that I most impressed but I just didn’t want to give up my cash in my pocket but his kindness was greatly appreciated but I thank him and gave him cash I told he had a very good heart but I can pay for my dinner I just didn’t wNt to go to the bank and the young man I thank blessed him for his character and to this day we I will always go to there store loyality earned with a simple...
