Subway — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

Horrible experience at this Subway. Went in yesterday evening. The worker there, Xandra or Alex, was extremely rude. She was being rude to another customer about lids, and the fact the customer complained about that. When she walked over to help us, she seemed bothered to do her job. When I asked for an extra sandwich, even though I had asked for the correct amount to begin with so it was her that made the mistake, she expressed her frustration with having to get another bread and make another sandwich by exhaling loudly and rolling her eyes. When I asked for the manager there, she responded rudely again. After I paid and asked another worker for her name, she proceeded to argue with me. I understand pickings are slim when it comes to hiring workers, but hiring rude kids that can’t even make the sandwiches correctly (our Italian BMT sandwiches didn’t have the right meats or the correct amount) it’s bad for business. I will not be going to this Subway again, or possible any Subway in the future. I just tried calling to complain to manager and nobody answers the phone. I used to really like Subway but they have really gone downhill. If you want to be treated like an inconvenience and treated rudely by workers, come the the Subway...

The night of August 14th 2016 we went into this Subway. We ended up leaving without our food. The cleaning water was up on the counter with the food. We ordered, the girl ignored us and asked her co-worker "what the hell does she want with my damn phone"? The 2 females then continued to use the cell phone. The one with the facial piercings took out order , then dropped the sub into the vegetable container that was on the counter. She scooped it out and put it back on the sub. While the sub was in the toaster oven. She used her gloves hands to move the dirty rag and wipe things. The rag then fell into the lettacec where it stayed. When she pulled out sub out of the toaster oven she sneezed several times into her elbow. We ended up just walking out and warning the people that were fixing to go in that the service is horrible. I had my husband pick up an app order nothing complicated the new titan turkey which is advertised to have 33% more meat which made sense instead of ordering a regular and paying extra for more meat, i’ve had issues with this location before but gave them another try and AGAIN they messed up my order the sub was made Wrong, pepperoni dippers Missing the dipping sauce, when my husband called to speak to a manager about having the order remade She was extremely rude! and refused to do it even though the only requirement is to bring your receipt she demanded the food back my husband dropped it off to me on his lunch break and couldn’t go all the way back, I had to eat Im a diabetic the Sub tasted horrible(dry,wrong toppings/No extra meat) the pepperoni dippers were so dry without sauce they we’re Not edible !
