Good morning Twisters on Ridge Rock!
There is only been two locations that I’ve gone for my breakfast burritos. A week ago I decided I would try Twisters off of 528 and Ridge Rock. I have been to the same location three times in 10 days in order to get an idea of how service and food would be.
I have consistently ordered the same food: the vegetarian and the Santa Fe breakfast burritos.
On one occasion there was a line of about eight cars but I was satisfied with the drive-through time of less than 10 minutes with my food prepared and delivered. The employee taking the orders has always been clear on the order and repeating the order for accuracy.
The next two visits had shorter lines maintaining the same level of customer service and the food was consistently the same size and quality. Good job!
I want to give some kudos to older employee (I missed her name) who took my order on the second visit. Super kind and thoughtful! You made my day!
Good job to this location!
Update: I would also like to add that this is a great opportunity for kids that are approaching that working age to go get a summer job. All service industries are short on people increasing your odds of getting hired!
Do not blame the service industry for slow delivery times. This industry, including Twisters, need manpower to function. Let’s get...

I went to this Twister couple times. First was okay but second.... not really. When I first tried twister, I was only one there, I got what I ordered and was very satisfied. Second time everything was pretty good but when I got home and opened my to go order I was rather disappointed. I ordered Bacon Cheese Burger and received regular cheese burger which also happened to be cheaper than what I ordered so basically I paid more money for nothing. I know that it's only couple dollars difference at max (I always order combo) but I personally HATE IT when my order gets mixed up, especially more this time because it wasn't even busy. There was one order right before me (which was finished and handed over to customer about a minute after I ordered), I ordered mine and there was one order in drive-thru so that's total of 3 orders. I usually don't mind much if it was busy hour but it wasn't and they still mixed up my order. Based on my experience, places that mixes up order almost always tend to do it again...
If this was my first experience at Twisters, I would've gave one star but my first visit to Twisters was pretty good so I gave 3.
Everything else is pretty good so just make sure to check they get your orders right...
Read moreOnly person in the restaurant when I ordered, thought it would be quick. Nope, I tend to have the patience of a saint but they tested my sanity. Cashier trainee(I was being patient) was having a hard time taking my order. Finally got my order in, she didn't give me a receipt and took a few minutes gathering up my change. No problem, my patience is still on point. Waited 15 minutes before getting up and checking on my order, there were some people in line and waiting for food so they seemed a little busier. Still, my order should have been up and I did have somewhere to be. She checked, only 2 of my sandwiches were ready, she said the other one would be up in a few minutes. At this point my patience was waning, and I told them I was in a hurry. Well 5 minutes later, I asked again what was going on and she said "Just a few minutes more, some of the grills are not working." How was my other 2 orders made? Anyway, I lost it and asked for my money back on the one sandwich and took the other 2. In order to get my money back they had to get a manager's approval which took another 2 minutes. The cashier apologized but somehow I don't think she really meant it, I have no plans on testing my patience or my sanity anytime soon so I will skip eating...
