Tattersall Craft Cocktail Bar & Eatery — Restaurant in River Falls

Had a bad experience with the fish fry being too soggy instead of a crispy shell and so I figured I would go a second time a while later incase that day was just an off day for the kitchen. The Fish fry was still strangely soggy instead of crispy and the risotto I replaced it with had this wierd sour tast to it I've never experienced with a risotto. The biggest infraction I experienced though was on their menu they claimed to have a "Wisconsin" brandy old-fashioned. I can only assume the owners must not be from Wisconsin because what I was given was not a Wisconsin old-fashioned but instead the same drink I get when I order a regular brandy old-fashioned in California, New Orleans, and even New York. It's one thing to save money by making a regular old-fashioned, but atleast if you're going to do that then don't advertise it's a Wisconsin old-fashioned. We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Tattersall — every single family member was beyond impressed! Everything we ordered was incredibly delicious, and I genuinely believe the entire menu must be amazing — it’s hard to single anything out!

One thing I must highlight is the crème brûlée — it was simply out of this world. A perfect ending to a perfect meal.

The service was attentive, warm, and highly professional — we felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout the evening.

I also highly recommend visiting the beautiful shop on the premises. It offers an impressive selection of alcohol, cocktail ingredients, syrups in every flavor you can imagine, and a great range of unique souvenirs.

The atmosphere was great, the food was probably the worst part, went with a party of 5. I had wings with the whiskey rye sauce on them, the sauce was bland 2 of the wings were tiny, and all of them were dry and overcooked. 2 friends had burgers they both tasted good but both were overcooked, they asked to be cook medium. French dip was the best part, highly recommend that. Drinks were fabulous all tasted great. Our service was ok, young blonde lady very nice but never seemed to ask if we needed refills. We all had empty drinks for 10 min, and then finally asked us, then continued to take 10 more minutes to get our drinks. I would go back for drinks at the bar but...
