Ordered 3 party platters from Paulsen St.. The platters surpassed expectations. tasty. Well filled well presented. The side of veggies were clean. Organized and fresh. I Gave this location a 5 because of the great product they made. The fill in manager when I paid for and picked up later was professional, courteous represe noted her position and store well. She even Helped take it to my suv. Exceptional customer service it is the little things She alone Changed the rating to a 5. I live 5 hrs and troed to do this order online the online is horrendous. I would get the order in and it would not take a date the it went to somtng Canadian. Ihad a login did not work.. I called the store too. It took 2 weeks to get the order in by calling for 2 hrs A week before Needing the platters. The young man Who took the order was a Godsend. Helpful well Informed. Read moreMy boyfriend and I were ordering our subs and when my boyfriend was ordering his sandwich he got double meat, and the worker, Tony, rolled his eyes and agitatedly said, “Jeez, how much chicken do you need”? It was rude and unnecessary. No need to make people feel bad or comment negatively for their orders. He then continued to treat us poorly in a very annoyed, breathy tone. After he had put the meat on the sandwich, he then rolled his eyes again and said very sarcastically, “Do you need double cheese too?” It was very uncalled for.
