Dollar Tree — Local services in River Falls

The store consistently has what I need, but the checkout experience is always unpleasant. On one occasion, a young employee was eating sunflower seeds while working, his mouth was full, and with each product scan, he’d turn to the side and spit out the shells. It was absolutely disgusting. Last night, a different cashier was watching something on his phone at full volume. It sounded like a soap opera or dorama, and the phone was placed directly beneath the credit card reader, making it visible and audible to everyone. The whole setup felt incredibly unprofessional. It gave the impression that customers were an inconvenience and that the staff was doing us a favor by assisting. I know that finding labor can be challenging, but there must be some basic...

Rating this establishment relative to other dollar type stores. Outside is clean. Inside is cleaner and more organized than other stores. Did not see any clothes or other items on the floor. Items are more or less properly arranged on the shelves. Some boxes of stuff were just sitting- what happened, stocker just quit? I donno. See pics. I needed nite time cold medicine and sore throat medicine (not candy). They had both....

The customer service here is absolutely wonderful... there's a wonderful young man that usually works at the register that is always super duper friendly and nice probably the best customer service I've ever had. I don't know his name but I definitely will get it and put it on here because he is so great I don't even think he realizes what a wonderful job he does but if you're looking at this you know who you are...
