UPDATE: Had been here a couple of times recently and the quality has sadly gone downhill. This Culver's has done well in weathering the COVID staff shortage but it's now starting to slip. Had the chicken salad one night and the chicken clearly was much smaller than before, as if it was cut in half, and was very rubbery and gristly. The fried cod dinner was drastically smaller and barely had any fries for the container whereas prior it used to be filled. The burgers are now dry, overcooked and not very tasty. The fried chicken sandwiches still seems to be good and the fries as well but that's pretty much it. Staff is still friendly. So with that I have to downgrade from a 5 to a 3. The marks are for friendly service and some of their items are still good.
Original Review from Aug 2021 There are Culvers that are definitely hit or miss, this one has for the last year been hitting on the mark. I do wait a bit for food during the rushes, but it's worth it. The food is always fresh and delicious, and I order everything from butterburgers, to shrimp, to their pot roast, to their salads. The service is always super friendly and the staff seem to really enjoy their work. Excellent Food, Excellent Customer Service,...
Read moreI AM SOOOOO TIRED OF GIVING THIS PLACE A CHANCE. Everytime I come here something is unpleasant!!! Today, my concrete mixer was sooo melted that it spilled all over my car and clothes. About a week ago, I came here and got the birthday mixer with cheesecakes pieces, and the cheesecake wasn’t in there the first time, so they took my entire mixer back, added the cheesecake, and then when they came back it was melted!!! And the cheesecake wasn’t even blended. just a clump at the dsmn bottom. A week prior, I tried the birthday mixer. it looked amazing online, i came, there was no whipped cream, and they forgot the cake pop. Made me wait 15 more minutes for a cake pop. My first visit to this location maybe about 2 months ago, i waited 37 minutes for my order because of some mistake in the kitchen. Overall, this has just happened over and over again and truthfully i am over it!! my clothes and car are now stained, and i’ve wasted enough time. If you order from...
Read moreI love Culver’s been going for years to many locations having grown up a Badger. Only mark on the food continues to be the lackluster cheese curds. Not a WI product made with care. Technically sufficient but since this brand has exploded I understand the have to have a consistent product across many stores but these curds the past few years are just super cheap tasting, small, and not overall cheesy. Breading is blah with minor seasoning. These were made to order and fully cooked, make no mistake the staff performed. Corporate just needs to stop being cheap and buy a better curd. I blame my ability to get the highest quality WI curds from many a fest and the old days when Culver’s was only in WI and TX. Now these just are...
