I cannot explain the amazing service I received from Tiffany!!! We were looking to send a special gift to a special someone, From Florida to River Falls. Before Tiffany, I tried ordering from a big flower delivery company and had a terrible experience, order did not deliver and I got a refund. Then, I started searching for a local flower-shop who would help me customize and really make this a special gift. I called Blooms for Happiness and talked to Tiffany, told her what I wanted, the colors of the flowers, the type of pink balloons I wanted, chocolates and a special LONG note. She went out of her way to gather everything for me and always kept me posted. She sent me a picture when everything was ready and made sure to keep exactly within my budget!! I wanted to send a relative flowers in River Falls, WI. There are fake florists that pretend to be local and say they have been in business for decades. An example is Flowers by Ava supposedly in River Falls. I called and asked their address—they said they’re remodeling and don’t have an address. I asked about the weather, she gave me a fake answer.
