Tattersall Event Center & Amphitheater — Restaurant in River Falls

This is the place to hold you event! My wife found it, we did a walk through with Christie and booked our event as quickly as we could. From that point on, every thing went as smooth as silk. Christie and her staff are true professionals. Christie sat down with us and ran through a very extensive interview process covering every single aspect of our event, many we never even considered. We had a full reception styled party. A seated dinner for 150, open bar, and a DJ. Christie and her team had us come in for a food tasting prior to the event to ensure we understood exactly what we would be offering to our guests. The choices were very difficult as all of the selections were exceptional. The bar service was extensive and the facilities speak for themselves. Very spacious accommodations, inside and outside. Very clean, modern, and welcoming. My daughters took care of the decorations. On the day of the event, Christie and her staff were onsite, assisting with every little detail. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and true hospitality they showed us. On the day of our event, the bar servers were very courteous and efficient. There was never a line at the bar. They handled all of our guest efficiently and effectively. The dinner was another impressive display of professionalism. We had 16 tables, 10 guests at each table. The Tattersall employed so many servers, no one waited for anything. The salads were in front of all our guest in minutes. As the dinner progressed, the individual meals we brought out with the same speed and accuracy. All meals were hot, professionally presented and correct. No one got the wrong meal. After our meals were completed, the staff cleared all of the settings just as efficiently as when they served them. Truly incredible service. All of our guests had nothing but positive comments on how good their meals were. I know some of you are reading this thinking I must work there or something. Give Christie a call and go see the place yourself. Tattersall is a Distillery that has a full bar and restaurant on one side and banquet facilities on the other. Go have dinner or a drink there and walk thru the facility yourself. You will see exactly what I am talking about. Truly a fantastic experience! Will recommend this facility...

We had 12 of us come for dinner and to see the the Tom Petty tribute band. We loved the venue and the staff we met were very friendly. However, one of our dinner orders was a no-show after an hour, we went to check on it. They found that they made an error and the order was never placed. No biggie, things happen, they apologized and said they would have it out in a out right away. But 25 minutes later, it arrived at our table badly burned on one side, and the kitchen turned that side down so we wouldn't see it. Too hungry and frustrated, we picked at the edible parts. But the most irritating part of this review was when the band was on its last set, we all went up to dance. Enjoying a hot Summers night, we all kicked off our shoes next to the edge of the dance floor. Once the band was over, we all spent 10 minutes saying goodbye for the night. I turned around to grab my shoes and they were gone. Long story short, we were told by a staff member, that one of her coworkers threw my brand new shoes in the trash. Sure enough, they were where she said they would be, but now covered with a nasty mess from the plates they dumped on top of them. The band had just completed the last set and within 10 minutes, brand new shoes were tossed. I cant even fathom any reason why the staff here, thought this to be protocol...
