Wow is all I can say. Never been to an optical shop where I was treated better. The doctor was a very nice man who explained things and took his time. The staff took their time doing the tests as well. You actually feel like they care here. All of them were wonderful. They also made room for us in their schedule as the Menomonie store would not take our insurance or do the leg work to fix it. This River Falls office is definitely the place to go.
