Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Riverdale

Ordered two Western Bacon Single burgers during the $2.99 Wednesday sale. Paid for both burgers, but when we got home there was only one! Riverdale road traffic is terrible, especially around 5pm so I wanted to call to let them know. I called THREE TIMES and the phone rang and rang and nobody ever answered! Anytime we go to this location it is always dead and never busy. Same as today, we were he only car in the drive through, placed our order, though we waited a long time to get our food. The employee name on the receipt is Jemari G. We were receipt number : DT#78. I am so upset that the location was NOT busy and they still messed up our order! Carls Jr took our money but did not provide the product.

Without being able to get in contact via phone call we didn't want to waste our time driving all the way back. My partner ended up just making a sandwich and I had the burger. The food from Carl's Jr was very cold and not fresh at all. If could give 0 stars I would. I went to this location tonight. I had a long day had a screaming 2 year old and had a long shopping trip. I sat forever in line. When I got up to the intercom it took a long time for Mary to finally come on. She seemed short with me. The food took a little long too I'm guessing she was the only one working. She kind of gave me a sarcastic smile handing my food off to me. The kind that puts the thought into your head is something up with my order.

I get home and both my dad's burger and mine were both bland and disgusting. Something was missing. Dad said it tasted like a veggie burger. I opened it up and the only condiment was very runny white stuff . I'm assuming it was mayo. So it was not even what we ordered . My 2 year olds cheeseburger looked over cooked and she didn't touch it. Mary may have been the only one working but that's no excuse to intentionally be lazy on people's meals especially a child's. I'm out $30 and didn't even end up eating it neither...

YOU GUYS read to the end!!! I have been to the Riverdale location many times in the past, and the last time it was so unclean I never wanted to go back. Everything was grimy even the door. I didn't want to touch anything. Today my husband and I decided to try it again and oh man! You need to go in there. New owners since we were there last and it smells clean, ALL the tables were wiped clean, floor clean, walls clean, doors clean, counters in the back where they make the food SPOTLESS! I was so blown away! AMAZING owners, so nice and the owner was the one out wiping stuff constantly while we were there. Loved the atmosphere. Go visit them, you won't be disappointed at all! I'll be going in there more often. Recently when we've gone out to eat other places have gone down hill so bad it is almost not worth going in there. But this was absolutely out of this world!
