I rarely go to Starbucks if ever but thought I would try this morning. It is convenient to have them being open before 6am not many places are. I was running late and it was on the way so I thought I would save time picking up a drink and breakfast sandwich. I ordered a mocha frapachino and sandwich. The girl handed me the drink which I put directly into my cars cup holder. As I was driving to work my hand felt sticky and I could feel cold and wet spots on my pants. It was still dark so i couldnt see if it was just ice or something else. When I got to work I was able to see that the frapachino was all over my pants, car and cup holder. I tried to clean up my pants and car but they didn't even give me a napkin with my food or drink. I went into work tried to wash my pants and it was just a huge wet mess. Took a look at the cup and it was slit down the side of the cup. Ibended up tossing what was left of the drink away. I ended up having to go home and change my clothes and I never even had the chance to eat my sandwich warm so it got tossed as well. I hope no one else has this happen to them. A waste of my time and money and Starbucks is pricey. Check the cups before handing to customer, wipe it down and at least provide some napkins in the bag. I will probably wont be back. I was almost won over by the choices on the menu and convenient opening time and location but it was not worth the time and money...
Read moreSeems like there’s a disconnect with mobile orders lately. I normally mobile order my London fog iced tea, as I know that drink can be a pain to make for the steep time. Everytime I go through the drive through they end up handing me a hot London Fog…the order correctly shows up on the app and is placed correctly , so I know it’s not user error.
I’m just not sure if they are rushing and not reading the mobile order correctly or what’s going on.
But then they have to remake the drink iced, which takes even more additional time and it seems like they are rushing it so that doesn’t allow for the steep time and it ends up tasting like straight water or the quality is garbage . Read moreThe staff were great and we appreciated them. My espresso was perfect and wasnt burnt at all (like i have experienced at most other Starbucks locations). I really just feel that the cleanliness of the location could DEFINITELY be worked on. My partner and I came to sit in first thing in the morning. It was around 07:00 and good lort, the floor was horrendous. It appeared that there was no cleanup the night before. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and it was even worse in there. There was 5 ladies behind the counter, all working very hard on completing orders. I am just surprised that they didn't have one spare employee to clean.
