This place is amazing! From the salesmans to the delivery guys, to their warranties and service! I came in on a whim because I saw this last minute, had time, and wanted to look at mattresses. And boy, am I glad I did! Isaac, the man who helped me, was amazing! He took me on a mattress tour, let me try different beds, no rush... the "Goldilocks" experience! He was knowledgeable about all the mattresses and he did not pressure me to buy anything at all! Which is the best part. I dread going to some stores because I don't like to deal with pushy people! Thank goodness I didn't have to here. I ended up getting a mattress because I went during the Memorial Day weekend and they had a huge sale! Got hundreds off of my luxurious mattress. What I liked was their warranty policy. Because it's a smaller company that focuses on the customer, they do so much to make you satisfied. I even changed my mind about the type of box spring I wanted (twice) and they were still super nice and worked with me! The delivery guys were awesome! They were so nice and courteous with amazing customer service skills. I just expected them to drop it off, not really a care in the world, and just leave. But nope! They set up the mattress right and talked to me a bit and was very customer service oriented. Told me if I needed anything, to let them know. They were such troopers too. My mattress is one of the heaviest that's in the store, (no joke, even the RCWilley guys had a hard time moving it... my bed set came a day after I got my mattress), and these guys didn't complain or say anything! Later, after I changed my mind about the box spring (it was far too high after I got my bed set), I had to deal with the other salesman Craig. And he was just as nice, courteous, and personable as Isaac!

If anyone is looking for a mattress, I would start here! I would've never thought that I can find a store this awesome. From the shopping experience to the delivery and after, it was all great! Even my roommate was impressed, and he only met the delivery guys! If anyone needs a mattress, I recommend these guys. The prices weren't bad at all either, which is a plus for me! They range from pretty cheap to luxurious. So if you're on a tight budget, they have cheap...

ATTENTION ATTENTION Everyone!! I just purchased a new mattress from John Rich, at Mattress Warehouse in Riverdale. What a great buying experience I received from John. He was awesome, very knowledgeable, & made me feel like it was all about me, & he wanted to help me find the perfect mattress for me. I have been needing a new mattress for some time now, I have been to several different stores to find the perfect fit for me & let me tell you, I couldn’t find anything I liked & I didn’t really even know what I was looking for, & the customer service everywhere else was nothing compared to the customer service John provided, I felt like everywhere else I went to that they didn’t really care to help me find the right mattress, I felt like they just wanted to make a sale. And with John I didn’t feel pressured at alI, I felt like John wanted to make sure I found what I needed. However, I haven’t had a new mattress in several years so to be honest I didn’t even know what I was looking for, I didn’t know what kind of mattress would be my perfect fit but after talking with John he explained everything to me, he showed me several different beds and John helped me find the perfect mattress! I’m so happy & satisfied with my new mattress I can finally sleep good at night, so good I don’t want to get out of bed. Thank you again John Rich for helping me find what I was looking for. I want to preface this with the note that I am a new parent. I mention this because when my first child was about 2 years his little brother had out grown the bassinet and needed the crib that my oldest was occupying. Me and my wife made some calls to various mattress stores in search of a affordable mattress that we could use for our toddler. When we called Mattress Warehouse they had a mattress that could sell us that day for a amazing price. Long story short we got the mattress from them as it fit our financial needs and our child's comfort needs. Now a year later on and our second child needs a mattress because he has decided the crib is not where he wants to sleep. So we once again turned to Mattress Warehouse. They again were willing to work with us and got us a quality mattress at a affordable price. I love that they are willing to treat people as people and not as numbers. I hope that they are around for all my kids when they need new mattresses and that the exemplary customer service and kindness that their team has shown my family will continue. For those that make it this far in my review I want to give Kudos to Mattress Warehouse's store manager Clay. He is knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to be of service.
