TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! Let me explain to you the traumatic experience I had here on Valentine's Day! I had eaten here twice before and really enjoyed my meal as I love Thai food so it was a no brainer for me when my husband asked me where would we eat. Long story short I ordered the Tom Yum soup for an appetizer to share with my 4yr old daughter. When the soup came I divided my daughter's soup in a separate bowl, while eating away my daughter says mommy what is this and thank God she did because when my husband and I lifted it off the spoon it was a PIECE OF CHEWED GUM THAT HAD BEEN WRAPPED IN A LITTLE PIECE OF NAPKIN AND DISCARDED IN OUR SOUP!!! I informed the waitress and she asked if we wanted another. Absolutely unacceptable! They served nothing but trash to us my husband's entree came out ice cold so she did what? Remade it no! "Here sir I heat it in the microwave from you" Absolutely unacceptable! For my daughter's chicken strips that were to be made fresh they took the precooked chicken they use in there other entrees and battered it and refried it! Gross! Chewy calamari! & the worst part is I was charged for everything with no apology! They literally tried to pretend like these things did not happen! I took the high road and did not make a scene, but I am going to write a review on every site and preferably call the health department on this place for this nasty, disgusting, unacceptable behavior!! I have gone here to this restaurant a couple of times and their FOOD is EXTREMELY FRESH and DELICIOUS the server Paul is great he is very well spoken and welcoming the restaurant feels as if you stepped into Thailand with the sounds of the music and paintings in the restaurant as well as very helpful when it comes to the spicy they have spicy Thai spicy is soooo super hot but DELICIOUS so fare warning if your not ready for that spice stick to the lower levels of spicy lol 😂 Paul is great at communicating all the cuisines on the menu. The bubble teas are great I recommend the coffee and Thai teas they are super mega delicious as well as there desserts like the fried bananas and the donuts MUST MUST TRY WHEN YOU DINE THERE. So For me I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a real Thai experience the ladies in the kitchen are beautiful and great with the food Paul is great again I will keep coming here and enjoying everyone. Came here with my other half a few weeks ago before Christmas 2019 after a last minute dinner date decision. SO glad we chose this place. The place was clean and weren't many people there at all. The service was nice and quick, the young lady was very attentive to her customers and their needs. I ordered the tofu pad thai, veggie rolls, and basil rolls with a mango boba smoothie (but they were out of boba). The babe had a rice dish (the heart shape is fun to see) with an order of chicken wings. Everything was seasoned well, arrived hot, and was delicious. We didn't have to ask for refills in our cups because the waitress filled right when we needed it. She also took away plates as she noticed they were done with. We'll be coming back here...
