Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Very ratchet and unprofessional. On 08/12/22 around 8 p.m. I'm standing there trying to place an order, and got a bunch of kids playing and not taking their job seriously. Then the young girl with the red, blue, purple hair got smart when one of the young men had sense enough to say can you all move so I can finish taking this lady order. She actually had the audacity to say no, then git an attitude when I asked her excuse me, what did you say. I only ordered bread sticks, which are supposed to be hot and ready, and after standing there about 5 minutes the same young lady said I had to go wait outside because they don't allow waiting inside, yet there were other customers waiting inside. Then when that didn't work, she said we had to go outside so she can sanitize the floor. I then just asked for the manager and my money back, and told her the young lady had bad energy and the girl became very ignorant and started cursing and threatening to beat my butt(using curse words). Other employees had to hold her back. The manager had no control. So unprofessional and unacceptable. I'll be contacting corporate as well. This situation could have ended very badly. this why certain people only can get a job at fast food restaurants because they seem to not put in enough effort to do anything in the right way. Look at this pizza that I ordered tonight through Uber eats they put the pizza in the wrong size box. I don’t even have the amount of slices I’m supposed to have for a large. I didn’t get neither of my 20 ounce sodas nor a dipping sauce for eight wings that were not cooked and let’s not talk about the barbecue sauce that y’all slapped on. I don’t care if you guys are young don’t care about anyone’s nutrition. Are you just lazy and putting an effort seems too much like a real career but I will be calling in the morning to speak to the manager and to whoever higher up because whoever closed the store on August 13, 2025 and made that Uber eats order. Lil Caesar’s pizza use to be very good even though the prices are much cheaper than other pizza companies. I ordered online a picked up at this location. After walking in the store it was not so clean and the floor was sticky with dirty foot prints. I should’ve just canceled the order but I decide to stay. I got home my pizza was well overcooked and dry. I ordered a beef and pepperoni thin crust pizza and cheese bread. They burned up my beef. I picked a slice but the whole pizza came forward because they didn’t cut the slices. So I cut the pizza myself to eat as I was eating I noticed I was eating the parchment paper that was cooked and stuck to pizza. This was not safe if I had children they could’ve choked on the paper.
