Smoothie King — Restaurant in Riverdale

Oh I just love this place!! All my ladies and my gentleman are the best!! They always have me ready when I get there🥰 I go there once or twice a day!! They have truly become my family♥️ Thanks Tracy, Janasia, Kiara, Tasha, Marcus and the rest of my peeps🥰♥️ Oh and I’ve lost 30 pounds🥰🥰

Update: I went to Smoothie King this morning as I have been going everyday for a year and have always been treated with respect until today!! First off everyday now it’s different people there. All of my people are gone except for Kiara and Kristen. I was treated with disrespect from India that just got over and who is supposed to be the GM now because I was trying to deal with Kristen since that’s the only person there that knew me and would make sure my smoothie was correct. India who I had never seen before spoke with a nasty attitude then said she could help me but ended up outside on the phone. So I’m very upset and voicing how I felt. She came back in the building and close the window in my face!! Kristen opened the window and gave me my smoothie. I did text Kristen to let her know that I wasn’t pleased with India and how I was treated and that I would never return again!! I will drive to Thornton Rd or West Paces Ferry before I go...

Warning: Smoothie King – Riverdale (Hwy 85)

I bought a $14.56 coconut bowl and water here and got diarrhea for four days. When I called to ask if other customers had the same issue, the manager was extremely rude, refused to give her name, refused to provide the corporate number, and even hung up on me. I called back and got the same disrespect.

This location clearly has poor customer service and questionable health practices. I’ll never return, and I’d strongly warn others to think twice before spending money here.

After getting sick from this location’s food, I called to notify the manager. They refused to give me their name or the corporate number, which was very unprofessional. Corporate eventually had someone named Tracy call me at 8 PM but even after “investigating,” she refused to share the employee’s name and only told me to “ask for Katrina.” As a paying customer, I should not feel unsafe or worry about retaliation for reporting a food safety concern. I was excited to visit this location. Everytime something new goes up on Hwy85, I always say we need a Smoothie King. One of my favorites and often visited. I ordered a Pineapple Surf add kale, spinach & blueberries. I also asked to pay for the upcharge in cup because of the add on. Tracey M took my order at the walk up window and told me that this was a franchised Smoothie King. She also said that she was the manager and that this location wouldn't be able to honor my request. (Nice but nasty undertone) I politely paid for my Smoothie minus the add ons. Myself nor my family nor Co workers won't patronize this location again even though it's 1 mile from my home and 2 miles from my job. We will continue to patronize Old National & Hwy 314 locations. Very disappointed in this location. I know our little money won't change anything but word of mouth...
